We’ve had this company for over 7 years and at first their customer service was fine. Changes in on-hold messages took about 7 – 10 days. Not any more. I submitted minor script changes to update our message-on-hold on March 26th. Didn’t hear anything from production, so called and she said for some reason it hadn’t gone to production yet but she’d send it over right away. Received the new production April 4th and approved it same day. Heard nothing but was emailed that the service ticket was closed on 4/8, even though we hadn’t yet received the upload. Called them to see why they show completed but we have no upload yet and they didn’t know why it wasn’t uploaded – said it would be in 2 days. No upload but after 3 more days the technician called & said box must be bad and the office will let me know what needs to be done. 5 days later, no call yet but got another email that the service ticket closed on 4/15, even though we still don’t have an upload. So again I called them to find out why ticket is closed when job still isn’t completed & they said our box is bad and only fix is to purchase a new box. OK, how long will it take to get here? 10 more days… they have to upload the message on the box before they send it and apparently that takes a week? Purchased the new box and she’ll try to put a «rush» on getting the upload done. It is now 4⁄23 and apparently there was no rush because I just got an email that it is completed and the box will finally be shipped. Now will take another 4 days to get here. They charged our credit card when the order was placed on 3⁄26 .It’s now 4⁄23 and we still don’t have the new message on hold. Production has been fine but customer service is practically nonexistent. Will be looking for another company.
