I looked at the hours online and it said open until 10:30. I came all the way here with my family and guess what, they’re closed. They’re ice cream is pretty good, but they need to update their hours so no one has to go through the effort of coming and it bring closed.

I agree with the earlier comment by Joshua. It’s a combination of sweet frog’s syntactic taste and Tutti Frutti’s color spoons. I also recommend Tutti Frutti at Regal (try their taro) or Zinga in Ashburn. both have natural tastes and numerous toppings. I have not tried Menches

Nope. The flavors don’t taste like anything. Topping bar is limited.
Go on down to Tutti Frutti at Regal Plaza or Menchie’s over across from Dulles Town Center. Cold Spoon isn’t worth the trip down Algonkian Parkway.

the inside is cute and clean for being self serve, however there is an odd smell to the whole place. there are quite a few flavors but they are mostly sugary and disgusting. the mochi and coconut shavings I put on my frozen yogurt tasted like they had been sitting out for a week & I paid $ 15 for two small frozen yogurts ! I will never go back, pink berry is less expensive and much better !
