Seriously, this is the worst experience I had with B&R. I was asked by my brother-in-law who was currently overseas to buy her wife an ice cream birthday cake. When my wife and I entered the store, we wrote the message on paper that were supposed to be put on the cake. I then handed it out to the lady who didn’t say anything at all. When she went out and gave us the cake, we were speechless. The cake seems to be written by third grader. The message was completely ignored and what was written instead was«Happy Birth D — mama»(see picture posted). My wife asked for some small ice cream spoons. The lady handed one long spoon which is not the one she had in mind. So my wife asked again if she could please gave us some of the little spoons for the kids. The lady retorted in a sarcastic tone that they don’t have any because she doesn’t know where they are. We were fuming so instead of arguing we just paid and left the store. The atmosphere was not very friendly even among the employees. They seem to be not talking much to each other and there was no harmony at all.

I actually liked this place more than I thought I would. Watch out for the waffle cone though. It’s no joke. Huge and jagged, but tasty. :)

Used to be a fan of Baskin-Robbins! But unfortunately they don’t cater to diabetics offering any sugar-free options.

For the first time, we came here on a Friday at 8:30 pm. There was one old man eating inside and 4 teenagers. Two employees were behind the counter. Unfortunately, we could not order all the flavors we intended to order. They hardly had anything left. More then half of the available banisters were scraped empty. We ended up ordering only one scoop of Oreo ice cream and one scoop of Cookie Dough ice cream in a cup. Josia, the hispanic black man, served us. He was incredibly gracious and kind. He packed the small bowl nice and generously, worthy of 3 large scoops. He was jovial and caring throughout the entire transaction even though, mistakenly, payment was not rendered. It was only upon trying to get a receipt for us, that Josia, after calling Ingrid(manager?) over, realized we had to run our card through again. Everything was fine though. Payment was rendered and the right charge appeared. Meanwhile, Josia was ‘please and thank you; the whole way. I really wish we bought a few dollars because there was a tip jar by the register and this dude looked so hard working. I remember being that age and working behind the counter for a few dollars an hour and how a tip could go a long way. After he served us, he grabbed a mop and started chatting it up in broken English with the old man eating in. Apparently it was his day off, but he had come in to work. So the customer service was great. The ice cream? Generous scoops. The Oreo flavored one was packed with Oreo cookies, pretty good. The Cookie Dough ice cream was mostly vanilla ice cream. Both scoops had tiny pieces of ice in it. And unfortunately, there were no other flavors we were interested in and half of everything was gone. This location did not have anywhere close to the flavors that bigger spots have. So not worth comming back to, but because its close by and customer service was great, maybe!
