I contacted this service and scheduled a cleaning. The appt was for 2pm. They did not show up. I texted and then they came at 4. The cleaning ladies were very fast and did a good job so I decided I would try them again. That was my first experience. Scheduled again for the following month. I took the day off work so I could be home for them. (I was still vetting at this point and I won’t give my keys out right away). I made a point to remind the owner that the last time, they did not show and then arrived 2 hours late after my text, and to please make sure they are on time for this appt. Appt day rolls around and they are 20 minutes late so I texted the owner who said they could not come today. When I pushed back on why I was not notified in advance of the need to change the appt (which I would have been okay with), he made some excuses about the snow. I replied that, l the need to push the appt back due to the blizzard from a week before is okay, but why does it take a text from me on the day of the appt when no one has arrived to find this out? I could have at least been notified a day in advance. Further, last time when they didn’t show up, there was no snow so what was the issue then? I guess he didn’t have an answer to this so he told me that he has no time for me and I wasn’t even a regular client. Wow. If that’s how you treat people when trying to gain their business, I would hate to see how you treat your «regular clients». I cannot do business with such an irresponsible and unorganized — and rude — company.
PS– based on the other review here, I am so glad I did not give him my keys!

Used this service once. Cleaning was fine and planned to continue to use services and gave them a housekey to come back for next time. My plans changed and was not able to keep using their services and asked for them to return my housekey. Owner refuses to return housekey or let me pick it up. I have called, left messages, texted a least a dozen times and owner will not respond. Has yet to return housekey. This is unacceptable. Will cost me $ 300 to change my locks.
