The male Dr isn’t bad. His wife is also a chiro there and she has a horrible bedside manner. I changed to another practice and never wanted to look back. After going over my insurance records I noticed that they had charged me the full amount of the visit and had gotten reimbursed for most of it by the insurance company. They never once called or sent a letter notifying me of a credit on my account. I called a few months back and got no response. I called about a month ago and left a voice mail. No call back. Today I get a girl to look it up and she informs me it will take 30 – 45 days for my refund. Amazing how quick they are to take your money. Thankfully I won’t go there again. Hoping they refund me the full amount due so I don’t need to contact them again.

I’ve never been to another chiropractic center, so all I have is the experience here. The owners are great. The initial meeting is in private, such as x-​rays and financial arrangements. They will work with you concerning payments, so don’t let money stand in the way of your health.
Once you begin to have adjustments, it is all in the open, with dividers separating the tables. I am assuming it is to prevent time lapses between customers. Depending on the time of appointments, waits can be expected, although that happens with all health cares.
The only really bad thing is parking. It is not in the best shopping center, just in a small strip mall, with very limited parking. The other shops seem to attract some sketchy customers that tend to hang out on the sidewalk.
