I have driven by here tons of times and never paid much attention to the place. Fast forward to Christmas day and it was one of the only places that was open around lunch time. While I had planned for Christmas dinner, I forgot to figure out something for lunchtime. So into Tommy’s Place 2 we went. The place is more or less a bar with some good food. It had a pool table, loud music, a DJ booth and an area for dancing. Although most of the place was empty on Christmas at lunchtime… The menu is in Spanish, but they have pictures and it was easy to figure out. I tried some pupusas, which were amazing, and the steak quesadilla, also great. I guess I had somewhat lower expectations of the place, but everything tasted fresh and had lots of flavor. Worth giving the place a try if you like Mexican food!
