I was referred to Michael by my realtor. Earlier this week he did a home inspection for me. I had over three pages of questions and he patiently answered every single one of them. Not to mention that his inspection was completely thorough. I received a report from him that was 87 pages long with pictures. After meeting with an electrician and a plumber to discuss his findings they were so impressed with the level of detail and thoroughness of his report that they took his name and number down to refer to their prospective clients. In addition they used his notes and his pictures and reviewed those before moving forward with their estimate. I would highly, highly, highly recommend Michael. This is the first time I’ve used a home inspector and the level of detailed and thoroughness of his report was superb!
