I’ve been to this salon once before and they did a great job. On our visit back, we stood at the door for 10 minutes with no one acknowledging us, when they finally came to the door, they gave us an exasperated look, spoke to each other in Vietnamese for a minute then both walked away and left us standing there again. Confused, I waited for a minute, looked into the salon, there were 2 customers that the two people were working on. They went back and forth in Vietnamese again for a minute then the man pushed his chair back, looked at me and told me they were far too busy and I needed to come back another day. Sorry, we won’t be back. There’s far too many options to be treated like that.

Best nail salon in the Twin Cities! I have been getting my nails done for 20 years and have never had such consistent excellent service. All of their employees are equally talented and pleasant to work with! So happy and lucky to have found them– you won’t be disappointed!

This place is hands down the best place to get a pedicure!!! The owner is so friendly and accommodating as well as the rest of her staff! They really take the time and the products they use speak for themselves! Also, the cleanest nail salon I have ever been to!

Worst manicure ever. Immediately started off bad b/​c manicurist kept pressuring me to get a gel manicure. I really don’t like the «upsell» job at nail places. Nails not filed evenly and jagged edges left. Did not push cuticles back before cuticle trim which I have never seen before. Put polish on BEFORE hand massage and then tried to back step and do a short 1 minute palm massage. No one very friendly here. Been here 1 time before and not overly impressed but this time worse. They were very busy surprisingly given the poor service they provide. Best nail salon I’ve been to and I go to a lot of them is Iris Nails in Oakdale by the movie theater.

WooHoo!!! I am so very happy that I have finally found a place that knows how to do my nails the right way. Moved from Chicago in Sept. 2013. I literally have been to 14 different places looking for someone to do them right. It has been a few months since I started getting my nails done by Kevin. Still as good as the first time.

A great new nail salon. This if the first salon I’ve been to that uses disposable buffers and files. They also have a great option of buying your own tools and after 5 times they reimburse you for them. A very clean, friendly environment.
