Nail Zone

I brought my daughter here for her first pedi and wish I would have waited the hour to get into my usual place. The lady that did her pedi buffed her heal so hard that it drew blood and left my daughter in tears when we left. The worst part was the lady that did this did not apologize or seem sorry about it at all. Very poor customer service.
The cleanliness of this place is terrible. When my lady reached into the sterilizing liquid to retrieve the cuticle trimmers I noticed a bunch of debris floating in there and a large toe nail trimming.
I would give this review negative stars if I could. I’m surprised this place is still in business. In hind site it would explain why no one was there when we got there and the other 2 local nail places had 1 – 2 hour waits!

Just told «You leave. Too busy.» As three techs are standing around. So, before I even can say what I want, I will go and spend $ 100+ on a gel mani/​pedi (tip and design included) some place else.

Best nails since I’ve been back from Hawaii. Charlie did my nails and they are fantastic !! I would highly recommend the Nail Zone.

I’ve been coming here nearly 10 years, and am always impressed by their accommodations and services. I’m always recognized by first name, even if I haven’t been in for 6 months, which is impressive. The salon is always clean and tidy, and I always feel relaxed. It’s a great place to get your nails done!
