Having a gluten intolerance, I was impressed and pleased with the staff’s full understanding of the allergy and the gluten-free menu choices. It’s amazing that a restaurant specializing in pasta entrees has a number of excellent wheat substitute choices. Who would have guessed!

This was my second try at this restaurant. I think it will be my last. The tomato sauce with my penne was ok but under-flavored. I had the steak pieces with it and they tasted old and freezer burnt. My daughter did enjoy her chicken alfredo pretty much. We ordered the pot stickers as an appetizer and they were brought to us after we received our entrees. The chicken pot stickers were ok if you dipped them in the sauce but they were too rubbery. For flavor and quality there are too many other better places around. I’ll pass on any more trips to Noodles & Company.

I love Noodles & Company and am glad to have one relatively closer to me than Tulsa. The staff is very friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain everything to those who are eating there for the first time. There are several dishes to choose from and can be customized to the way you like it. Personally I am a big fan of their mac & cheese, which I order with the parmesan crusted chicken. The small is a good size if you don’t eat a lot or are just looking for a lunch sized portion. I get the regular, which is about double the size of the small for only a buck or so more, which since it makes a perfect size to eat some right away and have plenty for next day leftovers. There are also soups, salads, sandwiches, sides(we opted for the cheesy garlic bread), and a kids menu. There is even gluten free pasta available. Very flavorful a nice variety of options that goes beyond just some pasta and sauce. Makes me wonder how places like Olive Garden stay open when everything there tastes the same and is at least double the price.

We really enjoyed all of our food — Caesar salad, mac & cheese, beef stroganoff, & Indonesian noodles. The pasta was a great consistency(not overcooked), and all the sauces and toppings tasted great. We will definitely be back to try more menu items. Service was excellent also — every employee was polite and went out of their way to help us, and the food came out super fast. Update — we have been back a few times and while the food is always good, they always make at least one mistake with our order, from leaving something out of the bag, to leaving an ingredient out of a dish, to actually giving us someone else’s meal(with my name and receipt on the bag). They are always nice about fixing it, but definitely check your order before you leave if you’re getting it to go.

Over priced unflavored cheap pasta food. I don’t even know how you screw up noodles and sauce. No quality control as products are rarely neat and what you ordered. Have given this place a few tries and it is just okay for a high price. I’m done with this place. Nothing is worth it here, go to Olive Garden or davincis and get better value. I predict this place won’t be open for long.

Went to check out the new restaurant. .ambience is good, with friendly helpful waitstaff. I ordered pesto cavatappi spouse got pot stickers and Japanese pan noodles. The pesto noodles were rather dry, could have used more pesto for moistness. I instead ate ¾ of the pot stickers which were spot on. The pan noodles were moist and flavorful. Would ask for extra pesto, add meat and smaller portion of noodles next time.
