Since 2007 Jim’s Computer Service has been providing affordable computer repair service to individuals

and small businesses. In 2009 Jim’s Computer Service moved to Stockton, CA and has been operating here

I grew up working on computers at a very young age. I studied computers all through High School and have been running Jim’s Computer Service since 2007. I’m trained and experienced in PC Repair/​Upgrade, Networking,

Programming, Web Design, and High Performance Gaming/​Studio Design. I am also CompTIA A+ certified. Call me and see what I can do for you.

Excellent customer service! Diagnosed two (non-​working) laptops at no charge, then kept me in the loop the whole way. Was not too expensive to get them both running great again… had one back the next day, the other the day after that — so it didnt take too long either. Plus, they fixed my M key on one of the laptops, «because it needed it»…no additional charge. Thank you guys! :)

Recently i needed my laptop screen replaced and i took it to a local business that I thought could get the job done. After a month of waiting for them to order the right screen the owner told me he was unable to fix it and gave me my money back. I then took it to Jim’s Computer Repair and not only did they follow through with getting the screen in a timely manner they were also able to repair the screen within a few hours. I was happy with the price of the repair but they also offered me an opportunity to get a discount as well. Overall great experience and I would go back again for any computer repair needs.

After finding out my HDD was wiped out of my laptop, I had no choice but to bring it in for repairs. It was Sunday and most computer repairs are closed on Sundays. As a college student, I was in deep need of getting my laptop fixed and being able to finish my homework. Luckily, I ran into Jim’s Computers. I went to them, told them about my problems and bam! They were knowledgeable about what they were talking about and return my laptop fixed as soon as they could. They also give you a QR code to check the repair status which is a plus. I highly recommend this place! Great customer service as well.

As a former Senior Systems Admin, I am well aware of computers, networking, and security. Due to spinal issues, I can no longer do my own work. I have not yet actually had any work done by Jim’s, but I feel more comfortable with them after visiting their store and speaking with Michael. Her seems quite knowledgeable and very helpful. The work I need done is a data transfer from a dead laptop to a high end flash drive. I was assured by Michael that they can do this and the price he stated was quite reasonable. I am definitely going to have them perform this service for me.
