Most of the employees are unbelievably rude! There is one younger guy that works there that always tries to refuse my active coupons from the BK app and rudely tries to tell me they aren’t «real». Every time I go there he gives me a rude attitude and always seems as if he wants to try to pick a fight with me. …which I find absolutely bizarre!!! In fact one time i was in the drive thru and my BK app with my coupons wasn’t loading because I didn’t have wifi in the drive thru and one older woman who worked there told me «why don’t I download my shit before I come there» I found that to be extremely disgustingly rude, I was so appalled I told another employee about her behavior and said how that’s not very good customer service to tell me «why don’t I download my shit» and the other employee who is the same younger guy that refuses my active coupons proceeded to tell me that the older woman didn’t say that to me and I said to him yes she did I heard it with my own ears and he was trying to convince me I was wrong when I heard her say it myself! I know what I heard I’m not deaf or illiterate! I WAS a frequent customer here, almost everyday but because of these two particular employees constantly being rude to me I will take my business elsewhere, bad employees will ruin a business and I certainly won’t be returning as long as they’re employed at this location… poor customer service and poor etiquette!!!

The food came out fast, but the chicken nuggets tasted HORRIBLE, and the double cheese burger gave me a really interesting trip on the toilet. It’s only a 2 star rating because of the fries(Not enough, but atleast they’re edible) and the free wifi is good.

Notorious for getting orders wrong(to be fair, seems to be BK policy statewide), but stays open late and is generally very accommodating to the customers. I’ve gone in during snow storms and after a 12 hour shift deep into the night.

Absolute trash. They never get my order right and fight me on it. My fiancé and I got so frustrated in the drive thru we gave back the food and demanded a refund. Food and service has gone way down. Used to be the best BK in the area. Never going again. Don’t waste your money or time. Place should be leveled. Go to Mcds on Montvale instead.

i went here with my friend for lunch expecting to eat some tasty lunch like some burgers and also french fries and also chicken nuggets or maybe a chicken sandwich but everything was horrible and tasted the same and the new fries are the same as the old fries and they ran out of napkins my friend only got one napkin and i didn’t get any napkins and i had to wipe my hands on my pants and luckily there were no grease spots on my pants afterwards because the food was dry and bad and also it was cold inside and also you could hear the drive thru orders over the loudspeaker i suppose burger king doesn’t know what the word privacy means!!! also i hear their food is bad for you(calories) so avoid at all costs!!!

This is one of the best burger places around. The look of the store from the outside isn’t what you would expect a fast food place to be, next to a car dealership. Once you get inside, the aroma of fries and fresh flame broiled burgers fill the air. The staff look like they don’t exactly love their job, but I’m sure some take the advantage of employee discounts. It’s not a log wait for food, 10 minutes at the most during lunch hour, but for the most part, it’s quiet. Once you get your food, you can’t stop. The perfect grilled burger, and the crispy fries. Don’t always rely on good drinks, their machines break every once in a while. All together, the food is good, but the store could use a relocation.

This is my favorite burger place. The make a burger the way it should be. Whatever you want on it, and flame broiled. I liked going to this branch to eat and then rent a movie at Blockbuster’s next door. Now that Blockbuster’s closed, it makes more sense to go to the Burger King in Reading.

Since when did Burger King get so EXPENSIVE? $ 14 for two medium sized value meals?! It’s a crappy whopper and their crummy fries! It’s a gyp. I give up. Literally I am never going here again. Or any other Burger King, most likely. You shouldn’t be eating this stuff anyhow, kids!!!
