BEWARE! This place ripped us off. Sold us what was supposed to be a NEW iPhone. We broke the screen pretty soon after we bought it and went to get it fixed at Apple and Apple told us they wouldn’t work on it because it was a REFURBISHED phone!!! We’re paying for a new phone and they gave us a refurbished phone!!! WHAT!!! We called sprint and spoke to multiple people all who were supposed to take care of things and call us back. Never happened. One CSR told us if we could drive to Nashua’s corporate store and have them confirm it was a refurbished phone they’d send us a new phone no problem. So we did that, get back on the phone with Sprint and a new person says there’s nothing they can do. WASTED A WHOLEDAY! After trying Sprint we tried calling the original store again and got nowhere and so we went back there and got the run around in person too. Mike the«store manager» was a shady character. Had to go into the back room to call the district manager who was supposedly going to call us back directly. Never happened. Mike said they are allowed to switch for a refurbished phone without informing us because«all franchises do it». Such a scammer. District manager either doesn’t exist or is a scammer too. DON’T BUYANYTHINGHERE!!!

How can Sprint continue to be in business with the lack of customer service they provide?! My daughter just got home in tears! She was at the Stoneham Stprint store and with only two customers in the store the guy behind the counter told her it was an hour wait with the ration 2:2. She ran some errands and came back but he was not helpful at all. Argued with her that there was nothing he could do until her bill was paid even though it’s not due until Jan. 5th. What I don’t understand is that these little franchise’s treat people like crap and Sprint Corporate does nothing to protect the customer. Highly disappointed, I recommend no one goes to this Stoneham location. Call the member services on the phone, they might not help you either but at least there is not an hour wait

The worst after sale customer service I ever received, bar none. I was told it would save me money. I was told and it was in the documentation that I would receive a free tablet for switching carriers and that I would not be charged for the«hot spot» I received. Three months later I am still being billed for everything that I shouldn’t be. Sprint corp[orate says ot go back to the store, the store gives me lips service until the next month rolls around and then more lip service. Dropping off all my equipment and switching carriers. DONOTGOHERE

I don’t think that they are helpful at all also. I came in to help me with an upgrade and he did a guess never look at my account. Also needed help with the discount and they told me to call customer service for help. The funny thing is that customer service told me to go to the store and I told them what the store said they told me to go to another sprint store that might know that they are doing. I find Sprint customer service being one of the worse company I ever had to work with, I have worked in customer service for over 15 years and NEVER thought that a company so big have such bad customer service on the phone and in the stores. I would of given this company a negative 5 stars if it was possible. The worst part is that this company does not even care I asked for a supervisor call back and got 2 reps that said they would call me back and this was 2 weeks ago. Also sent and e-mail and complaints have never heard form the company. I have had Sprint for over 18 years. Sprint is a great company if you never need help.

Buyer beware… They are crooks here. Tell you lies to get you into a contract. Very rude also.

I came in here to upgrade my phone. There were 2 guys working the front and they both ignored me for 15 minutes to help the only other customer in there.

BEWARE! ! !! DONOTGOTOTHISSPRINTSTORE!!! I visited this Sprint store Sunday at noon hoping to upgrade my phone. After browsing some of the models, I was interested in the Samsung Note 3. I asked the salesperson what the cost of upgrading would be. He did not look up the price, instead guessed at the price. Then went on to tell me that the phone is a piece of SH** and went in to an upsell on the Note 4. I asked why he would say that about a Sprint phone and he dropped a few F bombs telling me how Iphones also suck and that he only likes Androids. I could barely hear the words because he was mumbling but my wife and were pretty sure he was swearing with every other word. I decided that this guy was not going to get a sale for his attitude and lack of customer service skills. Sprint is lucky that I will even stay with them after this terrible experience with their rude salesperson that lacks product knowledge and good communication skills. I purchased my phone at Target instead and had a great experience. Got a better price too. Pretty sad that you can get better service at a department store over a Sprint store. Won’t be going back to this location and do not recommend to anyone. 1 star because there is no option for 0 or below.

I recently bought an iphone6 for my daughter via sprint online since she dropped her 4S and the screen was severely damaged so we dropped by to check out a case since the new phones are fragile looking. We dealt with Tracy who was very helpful in showing my daughter the best options and added that they also have glass screens that will prevent that issue in the future so we added that as well. Tracy also placed the screen on very carefully and before we left she asked what we were going to do with the cracked phone since they accept them as trade-ins toward the purchase of accessories and/or phones which was nice to hear since I wasn’t sure with the cracked screen if it had any value so in the end we spent very little out of pocket due to her asking the right questions. She also added that the Saugus and Burlington store accepts trade-ins towards your bill which was very helpful to know so I would definitely recommend this location since they are knowledgable plus there’s the extra layer of service you can’t get from a website.

Don’t do it! I brought my phone in for a problem and left it for an hour for the technician to look at it. Retuned to be told it couldn’t be fixed & I could get a replacement & there was no physical damage to the phone. I left the store that day with more damage to my phone then it went in with. Returned the next day and was told my phone was NEVER touched, but that it had water damage. Was told again, to leave it for an hour to be looked at. Returned, again, an hour later to find my phone in pieces on the counter. They refused to acknowledge or own up to the fact that they not only inflicted MORE damage to my phone than it originally had, but that I was lied to as well. Needless to say, very piss poor customer service in this store and I will NOT be returning anytime soon.

Ok, this is the place to be when you want the new droid phones for sure. Got my HTC Evo the day it came out but what about this… they CALLED my hubbie to let him know they would trade in his EVO for the EVO in 3D. They CALLED him! What??? I love them. The guys/girls there are quite amusing and I don’t mind waiting.
