New England Moving & Storage

It has taken me several months to write this review, due to how angry I get about my experience with New England Movers. Not only was this an incredibly unprofessional moving company, but they created fraudulent charges on my account after failing to deliver proper service. During the course of my same-​day turned week-​long move, several pieces of my furniture were damaged and a box of important personal items went missing. The delays in my move cost me hundreds of dollars when I had to change travel plans as a result. In the aftermath, New England Movers charged my credit card without authorization, remained unresponsive to my inquiries about my missing belongings, and ultimately forged an invoice for false charges and an inaccurate account of my move. Not only was this company incompetent in providing the service I paid for, the «customer service» provided by Ronin was downright rude and bordered on harassment (he instructed his employees illegally enter my home and he threatened me as well). Stay far away from this company! If I could have given no stars, I would have!
