Shane saved us hundreds of dollars on repairing our window well, and did an excellent job! He gave us an estimate, set a date, showed up on time, completed the work in less time, and we are very happy. We never thought of getting a quote from a fabricator — but what an amazing job he did. We had gotten several estimates over the years from a handyman, a contractor who repairs window wells, but they were only offering to replace the original window well with a much smaller metal and we would not have been able to reuse the expensive window cover that locks and matches our other basement windows. The original home builder did not bolt the window well to the foundation, so it was separating and flooding our unfinished basement. Shane and his assistant actually reset and bolted our original window-​well together and flush to our foundation. I think that fabricators are way under utilized and generally not even thought about when looking for a contractor.
