I’ve spent eighteen years in the pest industry, most of those with a one of the largest commercial food safety corporations in the world. My management focus has always been outstanding customer service and quality assurance. I believe in doing things the right way or not doing them at all. As owner of this company, I will be the one handling all stages of the customer lifecycle, from making the first call, quoting and performing the service, to the last call I make to assure your satisfaction. I won’t be satisfied until you are satisfied.

I am certified by the state of Illinois in Structural Pest Control, Restricted Use, Food Plant and Insect & Rodent categories. I’m Serv Safe and National Pest Management Association certified. I have also completed the AIB correspondence course for Good Manufacturing Practices.
