So, I arrive with two kids for an ice cream treat! My son is 6 years old and my daughter 4… we ordered two kid cones —– the scoop was not even 1 scoop more like less then half… and its almost $ 3. each. We asked the guy if he could add more… and then the owner lady comes out and gives him a look… like ‘don’t do it’ — cheap people. A rip off! AVOID

Came in at 6:15 pm to buy an ice cream cake. Asked the lady named Dayli to write happy birthday. She said she doesn’t write well. Really??? Then the Subway employee Jon said that I have to pay for the cake or else she won’t write it!!! No wonder the place is empty of customers!!!

The milkshakes are amazing! Love how you can take any ice cream and make it into a shake. Best place to get a ice cream cake can’t beat them.

I wish I could give this place no stars, I really do. They need to train their staff on basic guest service. Went to get my ice cream, no greeting, which is rare these days, so it didn’t set off any triggers. Got my cone, and didn’t have any major issues, nothing special. As I’m eating my cone however, I notice that one of the paper liners is inside my cone between the ice cream and cone, like it slipped off when the guy pulled the cone off the stack. Kind of bizarre he didn’t notice it when he was making my cone, but hey, it’s an honest mistake, so I go back inside to get a new one. Granted I’ve eaten the top portion, but half my ice cream is inside this liner. And this is when things go downhill drastically. When I show the server, a new one, this one female, she doesn’t seem to understand why I’m even pointing this out to her. Then she tries to give me just a plain cone(???) and when I explain I just want to be able to finish my ice cream, I don’t want a plain cone, she goes to fill it up but tells me she’s only going to give me a kiddie size, hands it to me with attitude and explains that they don’t normally do this as though it was my fault. Really? You mean you don’t normally fix YOUROWNMISTAKE? Absolutely no acknowledgement that it was a problem, no apology, didn’t even want to help me. If you really want to feel like a burden on someone’s day, or want to be treated like an idiot, then by all means go to this BR. If not, just go to Ralphs and grab a half-pint.

I came on a Tuesday night when they happened to have $ 1.50 single scoop ice cream after 6pm. Not knowing that going in, the experience was worth it. I always go with mint chocolate chip ice cream because the other ones just don’t taste that great to me. This particular store is a Baskin Robbins/Togos combo store, which I’m usually not a fan of. It’s sad to see that these stores are getting less and less out there.

This Baskin Robbins is located inside of the Togo’s, which was a little bit of a hurdle since all the employees were tending to the sandwich customers, while the ice cream customers kept waiting. Once we were helped, the service was good and efficient.

It’s Baskin Robbins right? So you already know what to expect from this formidable national chain. Oh wait… it’s a shop shared with a ToGo’s sandwich shop? Weird. Upon entering for your favorite frozen delight… POOF…a pungent stench of onion, jalapenos and cold cuts. Mmmm… num num num… time for ice cream! That first wave of stank overwhelms you with thoughts of, «Is that new flavor Praline’s and Pork or Mint Chocolate Onion?» Seriously. It’s awkwardly foul. But alas, sometimes you have to rally and get over it. Like some fine cheeses, getting over the smell is a battle you have to win before your taste buds take control. Inside, to the right is the source of stank… ToGo’s sandwich shop, so unless you’re looking at creating a roast beef sandwich ladled with hot fudge and whipped cream, do your best on focus straight ahead. Once your eyes have stopped tearing from the beefy odors emitting from ice cream’s nemesis, you’ll notice a couple things. First, it’s small and therefore only enough space for about 20 flavors to choose from… assuming they’re all full. Well, fortunately for those who can’t ever decide on a flavor because you’re in luck. They’ll most certainly be out of a few flavors and probably limiting your cone options too. Not sure if the ToGo’s side ever runs out of turkey or ham, but for a Baskin Robbins to not have certain cones on a weekday or BR basics like Mint Chocolate Chip is the same thing. In the end, I recommend you venture in here at least once in your life, but unless you’re walking… drive somewhere else. Anywhere else. And always remember is you’re walking, you can walk to the Rite Aid and get Thrifty Ice Cream instead.

I like the ice cream but this location has very little to commend it. The space is shared by a TOGOs sandwich counter and it lacks the bright, fun décor of most of the newer Baskin Robbins stores(i.e., a place where it’s fun to take your kid for an ice cream treat!). I’d have given two stars except this place charges an extra $ 0.25 for having a «cup in a cone» which kids like so that they can avoid spilling the ice cream but still enjoy the cone.

It’s Baskin Robbins. But this one violates their agreements with credit card issuers and requires a $ 5 minimum purchase.

I love BaskinRobbins but I have yet to enter a BR and actually find 31 flavors… maybe it just doesn’t look like 31 flavors… granted. I have never actually stood there and counted each flavor…(*making a mental note). Although I am LACTOSE… I do love ice cream!!! Mint Chip is my flavor of choice ! Pistachio Almond is a close 2nd. and Cookies & Cream rounds out the 3rd spot. Being LACTOSE… I do time it to know that if im eating @ BR that I have enough time to be home… near my Bathroom! Oh.the sacrifices I make just to have the pleasure of a scoop of mint chip! This BR is a combo w/Togos!(which is great because I love Togos as well). So coming here on my lunch… grab a sandwhich. then a cone for dessert… its a 1.2…punch! I hope my boss doesn’t expect me to get much done after lunch time… wish we had siestas! :o)
