1 star is generous for this place. CUSTOMER service is important when you deal with CUSTOMERS. I didn’t catch the guys name but my assumption is he’s the owner. He was rude and impatient. I won’t be coming back here again that’s for sure. I recommend you find another place to get your ice cream too.

The customer service is good and bull. Ice cream is pretty good and bull too. Parking is sometimes good and bull. Great songs are always playing but the music is bull. Seating is always and never available. Overall good and bull honestly.

Man I just love Baskin-​Robbins or usually get there every couple weeks and I have two scoops in a chocolate cone I also want to try the banana split but the portion was huge kind a got sick sick from goodness it is.

I think the dude that works here is a stoned idiot. Slow, doesnt talk to you, doesnt smile, stands there with his mouth hanging open, silently saying «duh!»

Great place for ice Cream. Service is fast and very friendly. Place is clean and they always have all the flavors. We go there once a week and always enjoy it.

The teens who work here are usually really sweet and kind. I’m here once a week for ice cream on the weekends and never had a bad experience, and I am signed up on the Baskin Robbins e-​newsletter where I get all sorts of deals (like buy-​one get-​one free cones). It’s easy for us because we live right down the street and we like tipping the kids.
Tip: park on the side of the building where there is more parking.

I got very friendly service at this location. They do have a lot of choices to chose from. I think I paid $ 3.99 for two scoops. That’s a decent price for ice cream these days. The only negative is the small parking lot.

It amuses me to see people so up in arms about an ice cream parlor. Guys, this isn’t a Michelin star restaurant, it’s a chain ice cream store. The ice cream is delicious and there are many flavors to choose from for whatever craving you might be having. Although I’m a Pralines and Cream girl all the way. Staff is always welcoming and friendly. So when ignoring the fat kid in me won’t suffice, thank you for always being there BR.

Nope. Came in today with a coupon for a free scoop and they would NOT honor it. The coupon had no expiration date.

Almost didn’t come because of lukewarm reviews. It’s a BR, not a fancy cupcake shop. It delivered exactly as expected — tasty hard scoop ice cream. The girls serving this afternoon were delightful and pleasant.

Had a fix leaving North Hollywood and Baskin Robbins was there to help.
It was 10:40pm and this place was closing at 11pm and I was a block away. Once I arrived the 3 staff crew was more then helpful to take our orders.
My friend ordered the strawberry & almond parfait and I went with my all time 31 flavors favorite the banana royale.
Banana pieces in any two scoops of your choice, I went with Oreo Cookie Dough and Cookie Dough, yes Cookie Dough Fest was in full affect, with whip cream, hot fudge, crushed almonds and a cherry on top was truly lovely and delicious
Plenty of shared parking with 7 – 11.
Area to me seemed a bit weird, just check your surroundings.

Parking lot sucks! Had to wait 5 minutes to buy 2 quarts of ice cream. The guy working was on the phone for at least 15 minutes. Who knows what he’s doing but customer service is not great. Do not come here! Please beware!

This is a pretty reliable Baskin Robbins! Though it is a hit or miss with the the service (I find the service to be better at night than during the afternoon), you cannot deny that this is one of their cleanest locations and the flavors are always on point with what you want. Though I love the traditional cherries jubilee, I find myself coming back for their delectable vanilla soft serve! If you have not had it yet, get in you car and get it now… I promise it will not disappoint!

Update– the manager of the store contacted my father and replaced the offending pint. She was apologetic and gracious.
We bought a pint of ice cream here tonight — got it home & it had clearly melted and been refrozen. My father brought it back expecting to exchange for fresh ice cream and was told by «team leader» Greg that it could not be exchanged as it had been opened. This is their policy. We were celebrating with several family members. Not only will we never visit the Toluca Lake location — we will never visit a Baskin Robbins again — which is a little sad as I grew up with the stuff, and it was the first ice cream my two year old ever tasted.

Overpriced ice cream.
Toppings aren’t mixed into the ice cream like cold stone.
Overpriced ice cream cakes (about $ 25 for the smallest one).

I don’t go to Baskin Robbins, not since I was 7 and was allowed to have the clown cone. Now I’m not so I don’t go here, yet my friends really wanted some ice cream. So we came here. The guys behind the counter were very friendly, curteous and professional. They also are generous with the samples, so that’s nice. The music they play is pretty legit in here as well. I had a bite of my friend’s love potion cake bar, which was fantastic. It was nice to have one more baskin robbins experience before I eventually die of diabetes from consumption of sugar.

Depending on when you go, you can get some great customer service here. However, trying to find parking in the tiny lot sometime can be a pain since it shares it’s few spaces with a busy 7 – 11

This Baskin Robbins sells pretty good ice cream. Unfortunately, it suffers from petty and ridiculous policies which are unfriendly to the customer. On a recent visit, I ordered two 3-​scoop cones, to go. The employee offered to put the ice cream in two cups and put the cones in the bag.
So far so good, but when he rang up my order, I noticed an extra $.50 charge, which he snuck in without saying anything. I asked about it and he said it was for the cups he had offered to give me. I mentioned that I did not want to pay for cups since I was already paying for the ice cream, especially cups which he had volunteered to give me, but he told me that the owner insisted on it, and that if he did not charge me for the cups, I would have to give them back.
Half incredulous and half bemused, and not knowing what I would do with six scoops of ice cream with nothing to put them in, I told him they could keep the cones, the cups, and the ice cream.
A little advice for the owner if you’re reading this: if a customer is paying several dollars for ice cream, just give them the cup, and if you’re going to insist on charging for the cup, you should post the charge on your menu and have your employees notify customers of the charge when they offer them a cup. Sneaking it in that way while pretending to do the customer a favor is deceitful and petty.
Furthermore, expecting a customer to carry around three scoops of ice cream on a tiny little cone without a cup to put it in is just silly. If you don’t want to offer a free cup for one-​scoop cones, offering a free cup with two-​scoop and three-​scoop cones would seem like a viable alternative that probably won’t put you out of business. On the other hand, driving away customers just might.
For anyone thinking about coming here, if you have read this far, my advice to you is this: bring your own cup!

Yogurt, yum. Pineapple, yum. Some other ingredient, I can’t recall, yum.
Low calories, yum.
I’d go back. Good service!
Parking can suck since it’s shared with 7 – 11 marked spots.

I must say that this is the better of the Baskin Robbins out there. Always good and friendly service.
You have to look past the homeless people loafing around the 7 – 11 and you’ll be okay.
