History

Established in 2008.

Ashley Iocco, the owner of Bronzique, started a mobile airbrush tanning business the summer after she graduated from Penn State University. Sunless tanning intrigued Ashley because she feared premature aging from her high school days laying in the tanning bed and sun bathing without the proper sunscreen. «In college, I still wanted to be tan without using artificial sun so I tried every self tanning lotion, spray, wipe, & powder you could think of.» Her sunless tanning actions made her look orange and fake half the time. Later, she tried Mystic tanning which resulted in the same streaky, dirty palm mess. Wanting to help herself and fellow friends find a resolution to this problem, Ashley went to google to research safe and healthy sunless tanning. «I found a couple custom airbrush tanning salons in my area and decided to try a new one each week to find the perfect product. I was sold on Fantasy Tan!» This tanning «obsession» turned into a business venture for her.
