Hiring PRM has been one of the best decisions from our HOA Board generating such a positive reception from our association. Tasks are getting done, problems resolved, issues addressed and there is exciting energy inspiring new participation in projects to help improve our community. Asher, Jan and their team possess excellent communication skills, are attentive to needs, responsive to inquiries, honest and upfront, and provide creative solutions to unique situations. They are extremely organized, quick learners and keep good records. Finally, their website created for our HOA is intuitive, informative and useful. I would highly recommend their outstanding management services.

11/​21/​2013: My building recently hired PROPERTY RESOURCES MANAGEMENT to manage our building. Well, we could not be happier. We came from a horrible, horrible, horrible management company which we did not even fully realize until Asher (the wonderful and competent owner) and his team took over. This is a full-​service management company doing everything from creating budgets, sending out emails on our behalf to the entire building, working with our lawyer (if need be), and also getting bids and organizing work around the building when needed. One thing I was told before we hired this company and that still sticks in my mind is this, «as a board member you are a volunteer and this should not be your full-​time job.» Amen to that! Hire PROPERTY RESOURCES MANAGEMENT. I promise you will not be disappointed.

I’ve been living been living at an HOA that they they manage for years and didn’t realize they were on Unilocal.Super easy to work with and have resolved all the issues that I’ve had which is really rare for a residential prop mgmt. company.

Our 20 unit building HOA teamed up with PRM several years ago. We’ve been very happy with their work and most in particular their rapid response time to both normal business emails and various «time-​is-​of-​the-​essence» crisis. Most important is that we feel we can trust Asher, Jan and the others. That is key.

Property Resources Management has been managing our West Hollywood property for the past ~3 years. Asher and his team have been wonderful to work with, they are very detail oriented, they are personable, and they get things done. Asher, the owner, has a very even temperament, always handling even the most challenging residents with diplomacy and a smile. If you’ve ever dealt with a mediocre management company, you know how great it is to work with a good one – PRM is a good one. I highly recommend them.

Finally management that I feel will take care of what needs to be handled without following up on. Always friendly on the phone and they respond promptly. I know my property is in great hands. My old management company would take sometimes 48 hours to respond to me. Best move was switching to new management. Highly recommended.

These guys are the best. My building finally changed management companies about 6 months ago and they have been incredible. I realized how much we’ve been missing.
