This company prompted me to start reviewing businesses again. I’m going to condense as best I can for those who don’t want to read my full story below. –Finally! A company who takes PRIDE in their work. –BESTCUSTOMERSERVICE, I can honestly say, I’ve had, probably EVER. –KATIE, the office manager, fixed the problem that arose(bad employee –eeh), in about 5 minutes on the phone w/her. She had a field manager, the lovely EDDIE, at my house, within the hour! So professional –both of em. –I called for a NEXTDAYAPPOINTMENT and easily got it, with time choices. –Everything this company does is PROMPT. The work –EXCEPTIONAL! And, I am, we’ll say, particular. –smiles –JUSTCALLTHEM. Don’t waste your time shopping around. They do excellent work, stand by their word, are priced the same as everyone else… If you do find cheaper, so what! The amount you save initially, won’t make up for the frustration of less than par work, especially, if you aren’t happy. They truly do care. Shh, don’t laugh. I get excited about companies who are caring(Yes, I’m laughing) :) I could go on and on and on, so, I will… My problem was 2-fold. I was moving from one house to another. 1st: My new house needed an air duct inspection(which I advise anyone, moving to a new place, have this done. What EDDIE, the field manager, found and showed me was breathtaking, meaning –unbreathable. I needed cleaning for that and: all the CARPETS upstairs(berber that looked like impenetrable stains and w/furniture imprints everywhere), WOODFLOORS downstairs, expensive modular grey+yellow WOOLFELTSOFA(coffee stains, dirty kid feet stains, etc.) from Roche Bobois, wool RUGS… 2nd: My previous home, I left behind a Laura Ashwell sofa, that had possible MOLD, as to not cross-contaminate all my things. I’m gonna start with the CONS, since, a company is only as great as how they remedy problems(we all know problems are just gonna happen) They sent the wrong guy, not one of their«mold specialists». Probably a booking problem, definitely, an employee problem(not worth going into, but, the co agreed w/me). Within minutes, Katie had me on a 3-way call with DAVID, the mold specialist. I explained the sit, he said what time is best for me, I said the time, he said, «Ok.». I’m also working, so, my time is sparse. PROS: Berber carpets looked like new, stains gone/imprints minimal. My rugs –smelled fresh(They clean both sides, btw. Most do not.) Sofa –stains gone. Moldy couch –David assessed it, told me for a «healthy couch» I was to throw all the feather cushions and slipcovers in the trash, but, the base could be salvaged. I had a next day appointment to remedy it. You get it. I’m thrilled. Thank you tons, SCC&ADC!
