I want the customer to know we are there to make your property shine. I will take as much time necessary to educate and satisfy the customer beyond their expectation.

History

Established in 2009.

LRJ Property Cleaning was established in 2009 offering power washing and gutter cleaning services. Since we have expanded our service offering with roof cleaning and deck staining. Our roof cleaning service has become a vital part of our service offering. We have expertly and safely cleaned hundreds of roofs extending the life of the shingle while saving customers thousands of dollars. Also we work with the customer on staining decks. Stain color selection is based on personnel preference and the type of wood. We go over the stain colors that are available and provide input when necessary to make sure we provide optimum results. We are truly a service business. We answer any and all questions to make sure we exceed customers expectations. When we are earn the job, we will work to make your house shine.

Business Owner

Joe grew up in Parsippany graduating from Parsippany Hills High School. He went on to college graduating from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Finance and Economics Degree. Joe began his career in sales working for Mobile Communications. He later accepting a job with Hebenstreit Communications working in Business Development eventually being promoted to National Business Development Manager. Joe’s life long ambition was to be a business owner. He worked as a consultant with RemoteAbility until he open Java Joe’s Bagels in Ledgewood NJ. Joe was successful with Java Joe’s Bagels and sold the business approximately 9 years later. Today Joe started and owns LRJ Property Cleaning. The initials LRJ are after his 3 daughters. Currently he resides with his wife and 3 daughters in Roxbury. Joe is a member of the LeTip group and the Morris County Chamber of Commerce.
