Advanced Dermatology

I love this practice for many reasons:
My sons and I see Dr. Ingraham for different reasons, but the result is always the same — great care and advice. She takes the time to talk to you and understand your issues and concerns. She addresses every concern I have, plus gives me some advice on skin care and general health that I appreciate. She is also great at following up to ensure that you are taken care of.
I also go to Advanced Dermatology for cosmetic procedures. Recently I started IPL laser treatments of my face. Mary Beth Strayer — my aesthetician — is fabulous! She spoke with me about the results I want to achieve, and had great suggestions for products and treatments to help me get there. I’m seeing amazing results!
I feel that I’ve found a practice that cares. I highly recommend this team!

Skin Pen and clear and brilliant is awesome! Enhances skin and helps with scaring. Kristy and Mai are amazing and always do a great a job

I will not be going back. I had to wait 35 minutes past my appointment time. While I waited, I had to watch the front desk staff chat, brush their hair, and check their cell phones. The person I checked in with asked me my name three times.
When I finally got into a treatment room, I waited another 10 minutes before the doctor came in. During my skin check she repeatedly referred to my moles and freckles as «he» and «these guys». As in, «He’s not concerning me.» and «These guys look fine.» Very weird to personify my moles and freckles in the first place, but as a male gender when I’m a woman– made me feel creeped out! Told me there wasn’t anything she could give me for breakouts that are hormonal, which may be true, but I left the appointment feeling not cared for and feeling like I had «guys» on my body!

I came in for a rash on my left ankle. After having had it for about a year now and being to multiple doctors I finally had someone take the time to actually do something instead of just taking the money. Miss Kendra took care of me. Her professional attitude was spot on and very informative. A shout out to her assistant that wrapped my ankle also. Thank you ladies for everything. See y’all in 3 weeks for my follow up.

I recommend this place with 5 Stars. No waiting. My wife and I went to see Kendra a PA. Great service and results.

The wait is long. I’m a new patient and I’ve been here 30 minutes plus. This is the Sugarland location. I will switch to the Pearland office to see if service is better.

Apparently they Double book appt times. Really? Not cool. Chaotic environment. Front desk staff is overwhelmed.

This practice is terrible. I don’t recommend it to any one. I will write down all causes that made me conclude that.
1^st– they charge a lot of money for nothing that important ((4−5 steroid injections and five minutes office visit)) costs me 177 $ !! why ?? Does the doctor invent the medication herself ! and for the first visit 220 $ or so.
2^nd– Personally my doctor was Ingraham. The most annoying thing is that she taking decisions without discussing anything with me ((I have keloids in the chest area and I had an inflamed boil on my chest area in the day of the visit. But it was healing and almost gone except a little inflammation left over. She wanted to lance it !! LANCE it? how could she think of that? my skin has a tendency to form keloid !! and lances can make the situation even worse .
3-​Time ! unfortunately this practice does not have any time consideration. My second app. was at 9:30 and I have to wait 45 minutes until 10:15 to have my injections. And she made the same in the first visit.
4– Dr. Ingraham told me that laser sessions are very expensive. Its 500 $ for the sessions ! well I have not even commented on that. She kept saying laser sessions will cost you thousands dollars, and gave me a product that I have to use for years to feel the difference ! Who told her I don’t want Laser sessions or I don’t have money? This practice is commercial not more ! Bec when the doctor is smart, the patient is going to feel it. I have not felt that !
5– I was Dr. Ringfeil’s patient. She is totally different. You can feel comfortable while you are under her supervision. Patients can trust her. She was very smart, knowledgeable and kind. She used to discuss every sing detail with me before starting the therapy plan. I feel really sorry bc I moved and I would not be able to be her patient anymore bc I moved to TX.
I still remember the first day that I visited Dr. Ringfeil She was very precise and asked me about everything in details. She is a very good listener. Bec Patients’s history can make the therapy plan successful or unsuccessful. She examined me really well and write down every every single detail. However, Dr. Ingraham Does not even bother herself to take a deep look and examine her patient thoroughly. Her examination was very superficial. Honestly I don’t feel happy with those two visits which were unfruitful !

I went to see Dr. Moore. She was nice and quite helpful. The treatment she gave me is temporary treatment. She told me that I can get skin test if the problem keeps happening. Unfortunately, the doctor didn’t test my skin on the second visit. 5 minutes consultation charged me a lot of money. In fact, she sent me to do the exam at Bellaire with a different doctor. It was an unpleasant experience.

I have been going to Advanced Dermatology for several years now and have found it to be the best dermatological institution. They are really advanced in skin care and keeping you in the know of what is new. My physician is Dr. Asra Ali who is a very skillful and knowledgeable MD and the best dermatologist that I have ever seen. I’m quite sure all the doctors there are great and quite qualified but I love Dr. Ali. I have interacted with other staff members who are all professional and welcoming. it’s a great place with great people.

Came in for a full body check up with Dr. Ali and had a very pleasant experience. Her and her nurse were absolutely professional and warm. I felt very comfortable. Had to have a removal done, but she took great care to be thorough and give me a heads up on all that I would incur.
Will be back, absolutely.

I have been going to advanced dermatology since November. The office is really nice and the people are nice also but I always feel very rushed when I am there. They are never on time. I expect to wait at a doctors office but I went in for a chemical peel and they didn’t get started till almost an hour after my appointment. Once I’m in it’s like they are trying to rush me out. I spend at least thirty minutes waiting to see a dermatologist and then she spends five minutes with me. It’s a little ridiculous.

I have been a patient here for years and the staff has always been wonderful. I actually see Dr Ingraham and would not go anywhere else.

I’ve been coming to Advanced Dermatology for awhile before they moved to this sugar land location. The staff is very attentive and Kendra is very welcoming. She makes you feel at ease and provides the best of professional advice. I highly recommend this place for your skin issues. I’ve been dealing with acne since high school and they helped with my acne problems

Came here after i had ran into some poison ivy. Place is on the second floor and looks very slick and modern. The place was packed and i had to wait a week before i could get a appointment. Very professional although i had to wait about 40 mins before they finally saw me. I saw Dr. Jackson and she was very helpful and explained everything very well. Without going into detail she also helped with advice regarding my skin. I know this is a short review but i guess its hard to review a doctors office. They actually ran downstairs after me after i forgot a print out regarding my skin condition. That shows that they care!

5 stars or this amazing dermatology group. I go here and my wholre family has gone at some point seen different doctors. We usually see Dr. Ingraham and Dr. Ali and they see us speedily, courteously, and alway know what to do.
A friend of mine has gone here for laser hair removal and is very pleased with the results.
