Not good at all! Didn’t do the laser treatment properly missed plenty of spots didn’t even do the back of my legs or all areas on arms. Really unprofessional I think the management is pretty bad as well. Will not be going again.

I settled on booking a facial with this place after all the seemingly better spas in the area were booked for anything that week. I already had hesitation of booking with them just based on the lack of manners of the woman who scheduled my appointment, but I showed up anyway.
When I got there, I checked in with the lady at the front desk, and she said «let me get your room ready.» I thought that was awkward and unprofessional to say, and she never actually got up and did anything. Anyway…
So I used the restroom then sat down in the front waiting area. After about 5 minutes, I went back up to the front desk and asked if there was any new patient paperwork I needed to fill out, seeing as how I was told to arrive early to do just that. The lady said «Oh, yeah, let me get that for you.» Ummmm? Why am I reminding you to get that for me? This is your job.
After filling out my paperwork, it sat up on the counter for 10 minutes. I started to notice how warm it was in there, like 80 degrees, and I just thought to myself– I really don’t think this is going to be a good experience, and I’m not about to drop $ 100 of my hard earned money for a less than stellar experience. This place just does not have it together. So I got up and walked out. And I’ll never return! Terrible first impression and so glad I left!
This place will be out of business soon, no doubt.

I had one laser hair-​removal treatment with them in May. My follow-​up appointment after 6 weeks was cancelled as one of their laser technicians is not working with them anymore, and the other is sick. I have called them repeatedly since then for a follow-​up, only to leave a voice mail which is never returned.
The effects from the treatment were not bad, but is now almost two months since the last one. The ideal waiting time is 6 weeks, so I am concerned that the first treatment might be rendered ineffectively. I have no idea what is going on. Phone-​calls are not returned.

I went in for a hydra facial since I had seen a special for it on their website. The office was very nice & cozy & the receptionist friendly & helpful.
Sara gave me my hydrafacial & she was awesome! Very friendly & knowledgeable. She explained everything that she was doing & how it was helpful to my skin. She began with a quick microderm to remove the dry skin so that the serums for the hydrafacial would absorb better.
I left looking & feeling refreshed! I even booked an appointment to return for another hydrafacial in 2 weeks! This place is a gem!

The management has changed over the past few years, which brought about pros and cons.
The quality varies depending on the service package that you’re getting.
–Hydrafacials are popular and they yield excellent results. I recommend this particular service. I would give this 4 stars
–laser hair removals are not as effective as promised. I actually found better results when I used a different company through a groupon deal (I was surprised). They typically offer 8 sessions. Unfortunately, the quality varies based on the technicians. I would book with one technician and they tend to switch me to someone else on the day of the appointment. I don’t recommend this service at this location. P. s. the pulsing is more effective than the in-​motion technology that’s advertised. Caution: when the technicians use the pulsating method there might be times where you’ll have patches of hair growth if they don’t pass over the area multiple times or if they space the lasers too far apart. I would give this a 1 or 2.
Ambiance — it’s a beautiful spa
Customer service — the front desk receptionist (Netta) is sweet and always prompt
Cleanliness — the place looks clean, well-​kept and sterile
Tips: they always have specials if you subscribe to their emails

SUPER good looking and friendly staff! Very knowledgeable and professional. I previously used to get my treatments done at American Laser Center and got very poor results. My boyfriend heard about this office on Sangeet radio and told me I should give it a shot. I went in for consultation and started my treatments the next week. I started using laser tech Nawal and I began to see quick and easy results. They are very strict on sanitation at the office. Also, they are good at fitting me in and working around my schedule. I feel like a princess when I enter this office. Thanks staff!

Sooooo my girlfriend made me go here claiming I had too many black heads and needed to take better care of my skin so I can stay handsome forever.
So finally I was like whatever, did the hydrafacial and microdermasion. Umm I actually think I got handsomer (wasn’t sure it was possible). But they worked their magic and did just that.
They are very polite and organized. Not to mention the staff is very good looking *wink wink*. The price was very reasonable.
I guess my girlfriend was right (never happens) I should take better care of my skin, and this is where I’ll be going to do so.

The staff is super friendly! My favorite is the hydra-​facial. I enjoy coming here because of their great specials! Don’t forget that they also sell retail, don’t pass up their products, ITS AMAZING! they also do free consultations so why not treat yourself and rejuvenate your skin!!!

Love this spa. Their services are excellent and extremely well priced. Lowest price for hydrafacial in town!!! Believe me-I’ve looked everywhere. Laser hair removal, Botox, Juvederm, massages… They do everything, and they do it quite well.
They also run awesome promotions so if you check their website you can find some seriously good deals.
I swear I don’t work there, but I practically live there!

I am very surprised by the first person’s review as my experience with Bio Skin and Laser has been completely different.
I had been wanting laser hair reduction done for a while now and I had been fishing around for the right place and the right price… I am a true sale-​aholic and I wanted to make sure I made the right choice. Most places have those painful IPL lasers that pretty much burn the bejeezus out of you, but BS&L have a different laser that works on larger areas so it is less painful, but I have seen results right after the first treatment. I am so shocked that it has worked so well. I had done a full course of IPL for my face a few years back and it took like probably a year to see results. I am one of those people who has man hair – I am not afraid to admit it! After my first session at this place, I saw results within a week, and I haven’t really shaved my arms or my underams in weeks. So wonderful! I hope it lasts.
I bought a full body package because they had a great deal on it. I was a little nervous about getting my full body done because I am not in the best shape of my life and I am a little nervous about people touching me in my sensitive places, but they are really good at making you feel comfortable and they have seen every shape, size, and maintenance possible!
As for the receptionists, I have had some different experiences. There is this one receptionist who is fabulous! She is really sweet and really accommodating. However, there is another receptionist who is really rude and spoke down to me, like I needed to get this treatment or else I would look ugly. However, this hasn’t deterred me from coming! I think they are really great! :)
Also, if you are unsure, set up a consultation. They’ll do a test patch on you and then you can judge from there. :)
The only reason I gave four stars is because of that one receptionist.
