ok peeps. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. and y’all know i don’t give 5 stars easily.
yeah, yeah, yeah. We all hate it when something on our car breaks, or we need a tune up, or the dreaded state inspection or gods forbid something after an accident. But, HEAR my words! This is the place to go! These guys are honest, they aren’t intrested in fleecing you for money and they tell it like it is. They don’t try to upsell you, they don’t tell you something is broken when it isn’t and they give you a fair price when something needs fixing.
The staff is Awesome. Owner Nick, is personable, helpful and quick to explain everything that is going on. Jay is also very friendly, explained to me what was wrong with my AC and told me not to cry when i started to, cause i’m a girl y’all — and i’m poor, and let me know to come back to the shop the next day to see what could be done. I also recently met Andy! Seriously, as a woman, who is regularly ready to be treated like an idiot or a «less than» in any sort of car shop, i have always felt welcome here! These guys know how to make a woman feel welcome and not overwhelmed or taken advantage of.
On the real tip, I’m a car girl. Grew up fixin cars with my daddy, so i know when a mechanic is being a d*ucheb@g. I have always been impressed with these guys. Apprently so is my family. They have been taking all of our family cars here for years. I just got back to Sugar Land in this past year, but the ‘rents have made this place their go to place for ForEver. And since my car is a hand me down from daddy… they know my car. It’s nice. I will continue to take my car and future cars here and so will my family.
So, yeah. Love this place. Take your car here guys. And especially you gals!
