I have been very satisfied with all of my dealings with Paul Romano and Kenny Sumner. I made an appointment to discuss converting my General Partnership to a Limited Liability Company (LLC.) I also discussed my conversion questions with 2 additional firms. Paul provided me with an excellent overview of the process, things to consider and costs to proceed. Based on our face-​to-​face meeting, I hired Romano & Sumner to proceed with the conversion.
After discussing the various services offered by Romano & Sumner, my wife and I decided to make the firm our attorneys of record for all our Estate Planning and small business related affairs.
My primary criteria for selecting a firm for our Estate Planning needs was someone that my wife can feel comfortable with, is ethical, honest and experienced. As we are in our mid 70’s, I want to be comfortable that our affairs are in good hands if something happens to me.

I highly recommend Paul Romano. He is extremely efficient, professional, helpful, kind and fair. He was up front about the cost. He and his assistant Rachel responded to our questions immediately. Everything was expedited in an excellent timely manner and explained clearly. His legal fees were reasonable especially for the amount of work they did on our group’s case. Our lawsuit was approved and we were very happy with how his office handled the case. I was referred to Paul by my friend who also used Paul in a different case. My friend was also very pleased with the outcome of his case.
