Tracy’s Veteran owned HVAC business is incredible. The techs come out and do their jobs efficiently and in a timely manner. You are charged for the services and parts that you NEED. Which is refreshing given how many grimy A/​C companies there are out in the world today. The AC doctor has my business!

Called Tracy A/​C 6:00 pm on a weekday bc my AC unit was not cooling at all and had ice on line. Immediately answered phone by Kelly — very friendly and helpful. I assumed next day service — but she offered to contact a close by crew to see if they could come that same night. They were there two hours later. Tracy came himself with a helper. Uniformed, professional, helpful. Problem was solved. Price was very fair. I will use them for all HVAC in the future. Call them. You won’t be sorry.

I will definitely use them again if needed. Our compressor wires were melted in our AC Unit and needed a rewire kit. We called All Star A/​C Heating Services because of their excellent ratings on Angies List. Overall they were good but said the price to repair would be $ 300. So we decided to wait until out home warranty kicked in a few weeks later and go through that. That’s where Tracy A/​C and Heating was recommended to us, and they came out and did the same repair for $ 135. We really appreciated the honesty with them b/​c most of us really have no clue what each of these jobs should cost and/​or don’t have the time to research it thoroughly. That’s when we have to rely on companies not to try and rip us off.
This worked out even better for us when we realized that our Home Warranty company (Choice Home Warranty) was worthless and wasn’t going to cover our service. So the $ 165 difference in price really helped out and we will definitely use them again!
