Someone once said, «no great story ever started with a salad,» and guess what? We agree. Great stories aren’t great because of the end product. They’re great because of what goes into them, and the experience along the way.

Cue the charming yet lively town of Sullivan’s Island, South Carolina, where even those who live just 20 minutes away in downtown Charleston go to vacation. The energy of Sullivan’s is unique but comforting, the perfect mix of a sleepy beach town and an active community. Still, we felt something was missing, something that would immediately thrive. That’s when we discovered Café Medley, a quaint coffee shop nestled in the heart of the island. Founded in 2008, Café Medley had become a local favorite, known for it’s breakfast and drink selection, with the ideal location, space and energy. Fast-​forward to 2015 when we enlisted the help of the Café Medley team, and we knew it was time — time to introduce Sullivan’s Island to our vision.

Our vision is simple: create a place where you don’t have to choose between what’s easy and what’s healthy — offering food that nourishes your body, at a pace that fits your gogo lifestyle, so you can get in, get out and get on your way to do the things you love. With that goal in mind, we combined the expertise of our consulting chef, and a well-​known local physician. The result? A carefully crafted, creative menu was developed and gogogreens was born, with the purpose of helping you eat good, be smart and live well…

History

Established in 2015.

We teamed up with the previous restaurant, Café Medley, to develop a place where customers don’t have to choose between a quick meal or a healthy meal, and gogogreens was born.
