Service Plumbing and Drain Cleaning

A good friend of mine recommended Service Plumbing and Drain Cleaning to me last week because of the great job they did on her bathroom remodel. I called them on monday and Kevin picked up the phone right away. He was so curtious and polite while speaking with me on the phone. He was able to fit me in with an appointment first thing the next morning. He came in on Tuesday and inspected my leaky waterheater, told me I needed a new one and said he could have one ordered today and install it within two days. I was pleasantly surprised when he called the next day to tell me that he had my water heater and wanted to know when was a good time for him to come install it. He and his co worker came out the next day and installed the new water heater. Kevin explained everything he was doing as they installed the new heater and even explained the features of the new heater and how it would save me money. Both gentlemen were so very nice and actually made me chuckle several times. :-) I was very very pleased with this company and would not hesitate to call them again if something else should go wrong. I would highly recommend them to any one of my friends and family in the future. 5 Stars and 2 thumbs up!

They are crooks! My home warranty company connected us with them after our shower wouldn’t stop leaking. Our appointment time was between 10am-​12pm on a Monday. After they had missed their appointment without even letting us know they were going to be late, I called them to see what happened. They told me that the serviceman was held up on another job and would be there soon… Around 2pm, I called AGAIN and asked for the serviceman’s number. Once I was able to reach him,
I found out he was still at HOME! He FINALLY got to our house around 6:30pm. He immediately told us that his boss, the OWNER of the company, had told him to SCREW US OVER since I called three times. WHAT?! I can’t believe a business like this is still IN business.
He didn’t end up leaving our house until about 10:30pm and didn’t even end up FIXING anything!!! He said he had «no idea» what the problem was and he’d have to cut a hole in the shower, cut a hole in our closet, replace some piping, etc, etc. Our shower has been leaking for the past month and we haven’t even received a follow-​up from them. They are ridiculous.
STAY AWAY.
We just had someone else come take a look at the shower and they fixed the problem within TWO MINUTES. He said that it appeared as though the previous company had purposely loosened one of the gaskets! He just tightened it and our shower was good as new.
FRAUD. I can’t believe a business like this is still operating.
Just got done dealing with the owner of this company for almost two weeks now (KEVIN)… he is just as bad as his service rep. He is a liar, cheater, and con artist. Extremely sad…

I was connected with Service Plumbing and Drain Cleaning after having a very bad experience with Rescue Rooter and my home warranty company sent Kevin from Service Plumbing & Drain Cleaning. The service he provided was outstanding! He came when promised and was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. My garbage disposal had been causing the pipes to clog. He not only took the time to clean the pipes and sharpen the disposal blades with ice, but he took a lot of time explaining what might be causing the problems and how to avoid the problem in the future. He even left me with a tool so that I could fix the disposer if it ever became jammed. He kept telling me, «I hate to have to charge a service fee when it’s a repair that someone could do on their own.» I hope I don’t need them again, but I’d never hesitate to call Service Plumbing & Drain Cleaning again and I’d absolutely recommend them to a friend.
