We are a new 501.c.3 California NonProfit Public Benefit Corporation. Our goal at Making It Happen is to meet the needs of those in our community who are homeless, unemployed or under employed. We are providing food, clothing and access to services that will help provide a pathway to a more successful life.

History

Established in 2013.

Pattee the President at making it happen has now made it her mission to help lift up the people in need here in the local area and also leads the Sunland Food Pantry. Pattee dreamed of, and founded Making It Happen in 2013 and serves as the heart, soul, and guiding force of this ministry.

Pattee first found a hot meal at Chapel of the Hills when she was «living out» and hungry. The compassion of the volunteers touched her deeply. So deeply, that she began helping out, slowly moving into leadership, and has been guiding that ministry for the past eight years. Out of her own experiences being homeless Making It Happen Was founded.
