Yeah $ 50 for an eye exam sounds like a great deal, that’s until you walk out of there and truly realize why it’s so damn cheap. $ 50 bucks WASTED. If you really care about your eye sight you won’t dare to have your vision checked by this optometrist. His equipment along with his exam was a pure JOKE!

Went in for a bottle of lens cleaner and upon seeing my debit card, the lady at the counter scoffed, «Debit for a $ 5 purchase? Uh, no.» Would have been fine if she had told me nicely, but this little interaction spoke volumes about what it’s like to do business with these people. Avoid at all costs.

I been here a few times for contacts and glasses. I have to say I have mix feelings about this place. Some of the girls that work here are really nice and others aren’t.
They have all these specials outside but once you are inside they only try to sell you the expense stuff, I’m not sure if they work on commission. When I asked them about how much it would be they wouldn’t give me an answer and just kept telling me to pick a frame for my glasses and they will tell me the price at the end. I find this really shady and since I don’t have optical insurance I want to know the price of the frames before I fall in love with them.
I doubt I will be back.

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced! The staff itself are a bunch of con artists trying to steal every customers money and will make sure that you will buy glasses over priced. Just the other day a man was charged $ 1600 just for two pairs of glasses. Service is definitely not friendly and will always try to find a way to some how steal your money. My advice STAY AWAY!!!

I was very disappointed. While the optometrist was very nice the machine to test for glaucoma was broken, and then they somehow charged me the same with my insurance that I paid last time for contacts without insurance.
The kicker was I asked for my glasses prescription written out in case I decided to get glasses as well as my contacts down the road and they refused to give me the complete prescription with the PD because I wasn’t ordering glasses in addition to contacts.
Over all I would suggest that you try somewhere else or go in expecting a hard sell and mediocre service.
