Ford dealership recommended F&S for damage on my f-​150 truck. I obtained quotes from two body shops. F&S did a good job, were straight-​forward, honest, punctual and reliable. I had to come back for one missing part, which I wouldn’t have noticed, had Brent not pointed it out.

Came here to get my door fixed on my x-​terra. I bent the hinge and the door wouldn’t close. I was prepared to get the usual shocking quote and drop off the car during lunch. The owner, Brian, came out assessed the problem, brought out this gnarly steel bar-​tool thingy and proceeded to fix it right there! I was surprised at the finesse used to bend such a rigid part like a door hinge. Best part? As he said it was just he, the owner doing it, and he didn’t have to pay any of his workers for this, No Charge! Can you believe it? Fairness and good-​will still exist today.

I have taken two personal vehicles to this shop on two different occasions and recieved them back in great condition and on time. The owner Brent delivered as promised both. He took care of my vehilces and when I had a minor probelm with some trim he had it fixed for me on the spot.

These guys were great. Totally down to earth, friendly, and welcoming. Brent assessed my extensive body damage and quoted me a price that he told me he would ultimately reduce for me since I was a student and whatnot. I just wanted my baby to look better again. On my way out, he arranged to have a rental car ready for me at an amazing price per day, which he didn’t even have to do at all. He kept my car about a week, and when I got it back, it literally looked better that before I sideswiped a pole and backed into a car. He worked absolute miracles in a totally reasonable amount of time. My car is sparkling and flawless. These guys clearly take pride in their work and care a great deal about customer satisfaction and comfort. I would recommend then to absolutely anyone.

I called around to several places to try and get my son’s sunroof closed in his car. I finally called here and spoke with Brent who said to bring the car down and he could at least close it for me. Other places I called were very unhelpful and wanted to charge me over $ 600 to look at it and still weren’t sure they could at least shut it for me. Brent made me feel comfortable that he would shut it for me and only charge me labor time. So dropped my son’s car off to him and he called me 1 hour later and it was done. No hidden charges just charged me for 1 hour of labor. I would of paid more:) I will definitely be back and refer everyone I know to them. Great place so glad I found them:)

made the mistake of coming here for major body work. they don’t have the equipment to align your frame rails correctly, apply seam sealer sloppily, don’t apply gravel guard, pinholes in bondo and fisheyes in paint. pay a little more to have it done correctly.

Can I give them 6 stars? Sunroof on my Toyota Highlander (which I NEVER use) got jammed fully open. Took it to the dealership and was told they werent sure what was wrong and could I leave it overnight so they could take apart the headliner which would cost at least $ 600 (just to try and figure out the problem, not fix it). Asked if they could just close it for a low price and was told that wasn’t an option. Toyota Dealership said it would be around $ 4000 to fix. Huh??? Forget it!!! I picked up the car.
Got a referral to F&S from Precision Auto (who doesn’t do sunroofs). Called and spoke to Brent who told me to bring it down and he’d look at it for $ 75 and was confident he could at least close it. Brought it down after I got off the phone, chatted with him as he spent 15 minutes taking it apart and looking at it in the parking lot, and fixed it right in front of me and my 3 yr old. Awesome! I’ll tell EVERYONE I know about this place!
I told him he could have charged me $ 600 and I wouldn’t have blinked an eye after my experience with the dealership, but he laughed, shook his head, and said he wouldn’t be able to sleep at night.
He also took the time to give me options for my bumper which has a good size dent in it. I could get a OEM part from the dealer for, save myself $ 40 and get the generic bumper, or send it out to have it repaired. I appreciated the fact that he laid out different options and left it up to me to decide. I’m planning to go with the OEM part because it is a small price difference (generic bumpers don’t fit as nicely) and to have it sent out and repaired (while much less expensive) would take far longer.
