Laundry Basket & Executive Cleaners

You know I’ve been coming to this laundry place for a while. Never had an issue owners seem sweet but today on March 14 2016 at 615 pm right after owner left I realized there was a huge water leak coming from a washer. You would think the old man I charge of keeping the place clean would take action and clean it up right away. Besides the fact that he is so rude he not if the spill and just grabbed a towel covered part of the huge leak of water and left it. Minutes later my son slipped from just walking over it my son is 2 years old and he slipped flat on his face starting crying so much. I got frustrated because it could have been anyone not just my son that could have slipped and seriously hurt themselves. After making sure my son was ok and stopped crying I asked the man if he could please clean the water up because my son had just slipped and hurt himself the man ignored me and kept sweeping still. I believe if anyone could have gotten hurt here because of that massive water spill it would have been a big problem including myself with son slipping. This man is just read and disrespectful it’s been 15 minutes and he hasn’t cleaned the spill! Never been disappointed over my favorite laundry mat than today!

The old man that cleans this place it’s always rushing you and when ever someone comes to wash after 8pm even tho the last wash is at 9pm he starts moping and cleaning all the washers and tells people that they can’t fold the clothes there… If management doesn’t do anything about it somebody else will. BBB is next

If this used to be nice place to do your laundry then its definitely NOT anymore. It’s not maintained very well. It get really really hot and stuffy. There is no air flow except some crappy fans mounted on the wall in back that they dont even turn on most of the time. The coin machines are often broken and if the owner happens to be there don’t bother asking unless you want to be talked to rudely. I have been coming here for the past few months but not anymore! The nerve of her to say that we always ask for change and never do laundry. Really!!! Just because we decide to sit in the car after putting in a load and she doesn’t see us inside. There’s NOWHERE to sit. The two benches are used for laundry baskets and bags. The soap dispensers of the bigger washers have a lot of crap around it that I barely want to touch it. This was the one I came to since its so close to where I live. Seriously, there is another laundry mat down the street that my neighbor goes to and said its so much better than this dump. The dry cleaning service is overpriced. I hope that you don’t experience the rudeness and unprofessional attitude that we experienced recently.

No air flow at all, come in the morning or in the evening only — could not survive in the day hot… Also I did not get quarters for my five dollars bill, they took my $ 5…washing is better than my apt complex

If I could give a Zero or file a complaint to support it’s shut down I would! I had been going to this place for about 3 years and it’s been very very ehhhh. About a C– but it was close to my house and it got the job done– if you are desperate. It had always been run down and super old. Anyhow– today I went to get quarters to come back with my laundry as I always have. But I got aggressively yelled at by a strange man who approached my car when I was getting in. He didn’t identify himself just started badgering me with questions and said to leave my quarters there lol– I was so confused and thought at first it was just a mentally ill person. Then I started to understand after me asking him questions who he was and he was the owner. He accused me of not being a customer and wanted me to give him $ 10 worth of quarters I just got with him until I got back lol. I told him I was a customer and have always been doing that and didn’t understand what the big deal was. Regardless he was extremely hostile and aggressive and RUDE! Anyhow a lady can out who works with him and told him to let it go. I left. I went back to talk to him and tell him how upset I was and that he could not treat people like that and that he was now losing a customer– he was rude AGAIN, would not give me his name, and said not his loss and walked away mid conversation — TOTAL JERK and unprofessional! Should shut this place down and put in something this wonderful community could really use with good owners!
Sad to say people like that exist.

I’ve gone here a few times. The lady who was running it was very sweet. She was cleaning almost the whole time i was there. Very tidy place. My clothes all got nice and clean. I’ll definitely go back.

Dump. The place is dirty and disgusting. I would never go again.
The owner or guy that works there does not like working until closing time. At 9pm he yelled at me to hurry and put my cloths in the dryer. «Time go home now, you do laundry» «Aren’t you open until ten?» I asked. «Yes — but you hurry. Time go home now» he replied. Whatever dude? Sorry you hate your job, but that is not my problem and I will never come back.
The worst was the dirty disgusting mop and towels he used to clean the place. I would never get my clothes cleaned here either. It is just way too dirty.

I like doing my laundry here when im craving to go to the crazy buffet down the street! lol
Like all the other Unilocalers, it does look a bit old and not all the machines really work. Thats why you come early! then you can get all the good machines to yourself ;)
The man that watches over the place is sweet and very helpful when i go ask him questions about the machines and stuff…
from what I remember, the man thats in the dry cleaner next door and occasionally comes over to clean the machines etc., just watches over the laundromat. He doesnt own it. I think some white duude owns it.
Its not my fist choice of laundromat to go to because it is a bit far for me, but when i plan on coming to sunnyvale, I ususally bring my stuff here!

This place is a garbage dump. The guy that owns it needs an attitude adjustment. Plenty of building code violations. No air circulation! At all. I don’t know what the hell the two fans in the wall are for because they serve NO PURPOSE! And if you even risk putting your clothes in these machines and it doesn’t work or breaks down in the process, good luck getting your money back. They guy is going to look at you like you’re the one who did it. AND the whole BACK HALF of the establishment is FULL of broken machines. Place is a dump! Place is right around the corner from where I live and I will NEVER come back. I hope that place gets shut down!

I like this laundry for my laundry by weight. does the job for a competitive price.

Nice little place close to home. They also do laundry by weight although I have only used them for dry cleaning and laundering dress shirts. Nice guy runs the place.
