Reza, Mike and crew really went out of their way to replace the tire on my rental car. They even called the rental car company when I was getting the run around (from the rental car company) and I left with a new tire not owing a dime thanks to Reza’s persistence. Excellent Job!

Amazing service — this will be my new go-​to for tires! I got a flat tire on the way to Big Sur for a friend’s wedding. Even though the tire I needed wasn’t in inventory, Reza was able to buy one and replace my tire in record time, and I made it to the wedding. Reza and his team are professional and best of all, care about delivering superior customer service. Thank you, Reza!

Excellent service. Some family members had a damaged tire on a rental car, the day they were due to head out on a road trip. S&S installed a new tire and worked directly with Hertz to organise payment. Service was prompt and extremely helpful.

I can not decide if the person who waited on me is dumb, dishonest or both. I think the latter.
I called at 7:30 in the morning to make an appointment to have my tires rotated and re balanced if needed. X told me it would be $ 40. Then, If I cared to make an appointment, he would give me a discount and do it for $ 20.00.
Long story short:
1. Appointment time, because they were behind, they were half an hour late in getting to my car.
2. When the job was finished, X forgot the balancing part. When confronted with the verbal request over the phone, X could not remember the agreement to check and re balance.
3. Charged me an extra $ 50 to check and re balance. Total of $ 20.00 rotation + $ 50.00 re balance.
4. Manage to strip one of my lug nuts on one of my wheels. Claimed it was previously damaged and needed to have his mechanic replace the wheel stud and lug nut. (I bought a new lug nut – wheel studs are generally made out of a harder alloy than the sacrificial nut and do not usually strip— Nut +$ 2.50 at O’Reilly’s)

Went there twice to get new tires for my cars. The service was nice and quick. And I think the rates are reasonable too.

The service is unbelievably great! The owner, ‘Reza’ is an amazing person and provides excellent service. He advised me and actually saved me money. Now honestly, how many people will actually save you money? In fact, he advised me on how I can maximize my tyres and save additional money. And his service is great!

Yesterday I had a flat tire and another flat tire repair told me to change all the 4 tires into new ones. I suspected that it is not needed and came today to Mike from s & s Tire and Auto Repair. Mike honestly told me that only the flat tire should have been replaced while the rest are fine. He also recommended me to switch the front tires with the rear ones and did it with no charge! Awesome service. I truly recommend.

Love these guys! My tire was giving me problems. Big problems. When I called to ask about an appointment, Reza told me to come on in — no appointment needed for a check. Ok. So I bring my car over and within 24 minutes the problem was identified AND FIXED! I couldn’t believe it. These guys are professional, courteous, and above all made my problem go away!!! This place is affordable, the owner and managers are very honest (one time I brought my car for a fix and they couldn’t do it, so didn’t charge me a penny) and the delivery times are fast.

These guys are my rock star heroes. I had a piece of metal stuck in my tire and it was almost 4pm on Saturday. I live in SF and didn’t want to be stranded on the 101. These guys rocked it out in less 15 min!

I came here after having an awful experience at Toyota Sunnyvale Stealership (they basically tried to make me pay for an alignment and then decided they don’t know what coilovers are or how to install new wheels)
I came here upset at Toyota, and left in a great mood. Reza is the best! They installed my wheels and tires, and fit me in for an alignment the same day. They let me watch my truck get worked on and answered any questions.
I will be coming back here for a long time, and recommend you do as well.
They know what they are doing, and did an amazing alignment job on my lifted mid travel 4Runner. A + service, and amazing prices.

They are really quick and prompt. Got my rear tires replaced and they did a good job.

Tire rotation, wheel wasn’t put back well, fell off during driving 1.4 miles from shop!
Had routine spring service done which includes tire rotation and oil change on 3÷31÷2015. Left shop down 1.4 miles of side streets (fortunately) to gym. About to pull into parking spot when suddenly the whole back end of my car dropped to the ground and came to a noisy, smelly, abrupt halt.
To my shock, I immediately find I have no left rear wheel, I have about a 10ft skid mark in the pavement caused by my metal axel which is resting on the ground. I’ll post a pick to this site.
I found my wheel rolling toward the road where I just had pulled into lot. The only positive thing is the guy that came to «fix» it immediately admitted it was his mistake, he’d gotten distracted, yadayada.
Now, the obvious thing is that had my wife decided to drive this home (instead of my other car we drove to pick this one up as hers was in a different shop for repair), or, I wasn’t going to the gym, this extremely likely would have happened on hwy 85S and possibly killed one of us and maybe someone else reading this too!!! I can’t believe how lucky I was.
What does a shop do in a case like this? I wondered that myself. Well, I’ll tell you. They answer your shocked call with irritation. They tell you they’ll have someone to my lot (only 5min away) in 15min but it actually end ups 35min or so. When they call to tell you it’s ready, again, later that day and you tell them you may come in later today or tomorrow instead, they get cross with you and tell you they need to know which it is. This was the service manager of that shop I later found out, never once did I get an apology from him in anyway. Not to mention he’d called me earlier (before this went down) and tried to sell me a $ 109 repair to replace 2 headlamps that would cost me less than $ 20 to do myself.
The following day I did pick up my car to a more sensitive and showing concern owner. However, I didn’t even so much as get a refund, or anything (even this headlamps or several other minor suggested fixes thrown in). I think it’s very lousy service throughout. Could have cost a life or more and wasn’t handled in a customer oriented way once the big mistake was made. For those 5 star reviewers, good luck with this place, it was my first and last visit there and should be all of yours too. I will be contacting BBB and, more importantly, consumer affairs, to report this and others I see with concerns with this shop that have gravity that others should too.

They were wonderful and friendly and helped me get a free new tire from Michelin because I had just bought my car. I totally recommend this place. I will go back in the future.

Absolute garbage. I left my car with them and waited 45 minutes before they told me that they told me that there was an inventory «glitch» and now they had to charge me $ 40 more for different tires. They refused to honor the price they quoted and wasted my time.

I drive a very old car but the way they treat my car I feel like I have the most expensive car
I do appreciate evrything they have done for me

I like this place, especially after dealing with other unsavory tire places that tried to rip me off. These guys are great to work with and do not push more expensive tires that I do not want. Most of the time I can bring the car in without an appointment to get the tires rotated. They also do oil changes and alignments. Sometimes it takes a while, even with an appointment. Sometimes it doesn’t.
At least there’s a tv, in case my books don’t hold my interest, or I can just walk across the street for coffee & shopping in the plaza.
