This location is great! Came in to do some Christmas shopping and both Kyle and Colby were fantastic. Highly recommend!

I’ve been shopping at this Gamestop my entire life and have always had an excellent experience. Especially when compared to the other gamestop’s around town. They always have great product knowledge, friendly service, and are personable staff. Selection is as it is in every other Gamestop I’ve been in. Location is great. If they don’t carry it, the staff has always been helpful in helping me find other stores to locate the item in, sometimes even when the item isn’t at another Gamestop! One of my favorites.

So this location is really cool and the employees Albert and Kyle are awesome! We paid for the new Halo for when it comes out and even looked at upgrading to an xbox one. The selection at this store has always been good for me, as I have bought many a presents here. I never shop at any other Gamestop because this is close by and they have had such a wonderful track record with me. I will be back for sure :)

I stopped here today to grab an Xmas gift for my husband. The employee was very nice and helpful. He answered all my questions and even gave me suggestions on an app I can use at home and not have to buy something. He was very patient with me, as I used 3 different gift cards to make my purchase. I would come here again. I went to the store in the arboretum and did not have a good experience.

They were cool about buying back my very old Wii system. For being a small store, they have a great selection of games. Easy to get to location. I’m always a fan of Gamestop and this location is as great as any other.

Katie decided to message me on Unilocal and talk about how I’m not a nice person and karma is going to get me for writing this truthful review. I remember going into this store and shopping around. I asked a couple of questions and didn’t receive any answer. You looked right past me. I also had a tissue that I wanted to throw away and I asked about the trash, you pointed outside without talking to me, later on, I went to toss it out in the trash can behind the register and she started to yell at me. Adam came out at that and let me throw away what I needed to throw away. He asked Katie to go do some stock. He talked to me about games that were coming out and I believe that I got a pre-order when I was talking to him. I’ve worked in retail before Katie. You should make customers feel like you actually want their business. Nobody’s perfect, just apologize and move on. No need to message me, harassing me about my honest review of how I felt the day that I visited.

I hate you, Gamestop. I HATE you. If you were a person, I’d challenge you to a fight in the Octagon. I’d get you in some awesome hold I saw on TV and I’d scream in your face, «Did you preorder?! DIDYOUPREORDER!?» And then, when you tapped out, I’d jump up and start slapping you — repeatedly — with a copy of your stupid magazine. I try to avoid Gamestop at all costs. I play a lot of games — a different one every week. Since I’m never sure what I’m going to have to play, I usually can’t order from Amazon or what have you, so I go into Best Buy. But occasionally, I have to play something a little more obscure. That leads me to start turning over stones to find Game X. Inevitably, I end up at one of these places. Recently, it happened. I had no other choice. I was searching for a game that every other Best Buy I went to had sold out of. And what did John at this Gamestop tell me? He tells me that Nintendo only produced a limited amount because they(GameStop) didn’t have that many preorders. GameStop dictated how many Nintendo should make. .. . Just chew on that ridiculous lie for a second. «Did you preorder? Would you like to preorder? You should get one of our Edge cards(or whatever they’re calling it now). It comes with a magazine! You get great discounts. Sure you don’t want to preorder? OK, well.. . I guess. .. but just know that you probably won’t be able to get Game Y if you don’t preorder.» Every. Single. Time. I realize that these employees are forced to go through this nonsense with every customer, but. .. I don’t care. I’m sick of it and I blame all of you — from the CEO right down to the guy behind the register.

Trying to find something good to say. Customer service blows, store stinks, employees know nothing, low stock, hmmm none of those are good. Let me try again. Rude, dirty, crappy selection… ok nevermind. I can’t find anything good to say.

So the problem with most of these game locations being what they are, that most employees still don’t have a single unspoken musing, that if you(like I) are dumb enough to wander in one on the day after Christmas when seventy-five people are shoehorned into a closet-like enclave, all that junk being what it is(and the reality in this post-holiday world), I had a remarkable time considering what I was attempting to do and what I came out with, and it is all… I mean *entirely*…thanks to the guy working behind the counter. If you’re reading between the lines here(or even reading the lines themselves) you’ve likely gathered that: a) I am secretly about seven and a half b) these guys were SLAMMED And they were. Totally slammed. The line during the half hour to 45 minutes I spent here was rarely less than six people deep given the two registers open at all times, and I found it nothing less than remarkable that someone didn’t go all Attilla the Hun on this mo-fo locale and show us some real life fighting moves. That said, the dude behind the counter who initially helped me was unmistakably calm, efficient, and worked at getting me the prime deal allowable. How he found the time to do that is a miracle. I walked in with the sole intent of picking up one game to goof on, given that I’m now the owner of a new video game console, and I had the one in had and marched to the counter given that it sported a sticker showing $ 20 bucks off. When I hit the counter, however, the clerk told me something I didn’t know: there was a slightly used version available in the back for ten bucks less than the sale price of this one, that they were running a special on used games where if I picked one more out I’d get a third game free. Now suddenly the whole world opened up here. Instead of going for one game and wearing it out, I could multitask, finding all sorts of fun stuff. So I dug, and eventually found three games, the lowest priced one I got for free. And I walked out for about ten bones more total for three games than I would have for the one game I originally was going to pick up. In all, even given the crowd, a pleasant experience. Thanks Gamestop guy! Now if you could just send me some cheat codes, I’ll be golden.

I hate to admit it but I go here a lot. No, I’m not a gamer, I barely know how to turn on an X Box let alone excel at it. Yes, I know what World War Craft cards are, but that would be all I know about them. One a week when my son gets his allowance and it’s burning a hole in his pocket the hustle begins. «Mom, can you drive me to Game stop?» The hustle doesn’t stop until we have safely arrived at this location. Every time I have been here(more than I care to admit) the staff has been extremely helpful. I’ll never get what all the hoopla is about when it comes to games & cards but the guys at this store seem to get what all the hoopla is about.
