Old Navy

I used to shop at the Old Navy in the mall all the time when I was growing up. I shopped here off and on the last couple of times because I work in the area. Today I went in looking for some long sleeve shirts for my daughter, and some maternity clothes for me. I know they were having a clearance event, but I had never seen the store look like such a hot mess like today. There were racks and rounders completely loaded down that you could barely look through them. I asked for help twice, the first time she pointed in some random direction. The second one, I asked where the maternity clothes were and she told me that they were mixed in with the plus size. When I said I that the two sizes weren’t the same thing she said, «They sell the same, no one can tell the difference», I just walked out.

So normally I go to Old Navy only when I have an actual gift card or need something specific. This location is a typical Old Navy and a little un organized. Yes right now a lot of their clothing is over 50% off and so the clothing is just everywhere… but it does look cheaper then normal. The pricing of clothes is more expensive then Old Navy should EVER be. $ 34.00 bucks for a shirt w/​Old Navy just hilarious too me. I can go to Nordstrom Rack and get a Top Shop or Michael Kors shirt for less than that price.. but as I knit pick.
The customer service is always nice and they are around if you need them. The fitting rooms are clean and a good size to try things on in. This location isn’t really overly busy when I go. I have been there everyday of the week.

A place that caters to tweens, teens, hipsters, mamas and oldsters.
Who knew?

Ok depending on what you are looking for. They have lots of casual summer clothes right now like shorts and tshirts. Store was somewhat messy in that items were not folded on shelves and not one single staff greeted me or asked if I needed help the whole time I was in the store. But school is now out for the summer so there were lots of kids in there (which may explain some of the may shelves) and it was sorta loud. May try to shop again another time.

I shop here for particular items from time to time such a kids clothes for gifts. There is always such a loooonnnggg line to check out!!! Please man the stations guys!

I just had the worst experience ever.
I came to the old Navy to purchase some cloths for my son.
As I was cashing out my son had a water vape that he took a inhale, all of a sudden from far away this short Hispanic middle age lady yelled with bad attitude «I told you not to do that here» As I continue to pay and the cashier embarrasses about this lady attitude we proceeds to walk out of the store.
The middle age lady followed me to the car and took out her phone and wrote my license plate down.
I decided to walk inside and talk yo the manager, I ask the middle age lady not to speak to me, I was not talking to her, the manager never apologized, said lady is a preventative something writing info so I am not allowed to go back to the store.
there are 100’s of Old Navy, the middle age lady should learn some customer skills and not to harass customers.
I alway enjoyed the fun atmosphere old navy had however this just killed it for me, this middle bitter age lady should not be frown face, yelling, and disrespecting customers her approach was rude, condescending, and unprofessional, no wonder the store was empty.
Manager all she had to say she does not talk to customers, then she should stay in her zone and not approach and ruin peoples night.

I stopped in here with a friend the other evening because she had heard they were have a sale where everything was 75% off. I used to shop at old navy all the time, but over the past 4 – 5 years I rarely go there. I am not sure I have even been in there in the past 2 years.
The store was picked over a bit from the holiday season as it was 2 days after Christmas. That is normal for most stores especially Old Navy. Nothing really spoke to me as I was browsing through the store. I think maybe my taste has changed and I have grown out of old navy. I still think it is a great store. They have good prices and their quality is decent.

I hadn’t been to an Old Navy in years and I saw they were having a sale up to 75% on everything in the store. Either their quality has gone down or I just have better taste than I used to. Most of the clothes looked too cheap for my liking. They do have a really cute section of workout clothes and leggings so I may come back if I am looking for those things.

Had to pop in quickly for an outfit for SXSW. Lucia was awesome! I’m a mom in her 40’s. Don’t go «out» too much anymore and didn’t know what to get. Lucia is in her 60’s and was so helpful. Made me feel do comfortable about my after baby body. Stellar employee!!!

Worst customer service ever. My mom bought me a birthday present and shipped it from Michigan. They wouldn’t let me return them without the receipt even though the items I wanted were similar pants and more expensive. When I asked to speak to the manager (Jason) he was rude and had no intention on helping me out at all. He just repeated what the other sales clerk already told me. He had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen from a retail person. I won’t be coming back here. Jerks!!!

I shop here so regularly that the last time the lady asked to see my driver’s license with my Gap Card she said «although I should have it memorized by now!»
Sad, I know.
They are always very helpful, and the store is very clean and organized.

I can safely say I am a fan of Old Navy. I live in t-​shirts, cargo shorts, and sandals for easily 8 months out of the year… and guess what Old Navy specializes in T-​Shirts and Cargo Shorts!!! Unfortunately I am not a flip flop guy or I could buy my entire wardrobe here.
They are not the highest quality t-​shirts but at 5 – 10 bucks a pop I wear them until they die and then I go replace them. They constantly have sales and coupons to make a cheap store cheaper which is cool.
Now that being said the shorts and jeans are a good quality and can last for quite awhile when well maintained. I have had jeans from here that have outlasted pairs that were 3 times the price.
As far as this particular store goes, the people are always friendly and at least 2 people ask if they can help me per trip. This can be good because they love to move things around a lot here but I guess that is to keep the store looking fresh and keep the shopper perusing more.
Keep up the good work Old Navy and I will continue to shop here until something forces me to grow up and stop dressing like a slacker.

Love this Old Navy, especially since the remodel. Always has great deals. Staff is always very helpful and easy to locate when needed.

Ugh. This store never has smalls in shirts or smaller sizes in jeans or pants; always huge sizes. Hadnt been in this store in months for that very reason and then i go in for 1 plain t-​shirt and what do you know, no smalls. Of course! Prefer target over old navy any day.

My everyday and workout clothes mostly come from Old Navy, and I have fun shopping here. It’s just disorganized enough to keep it interesting, and you can always find something new in the Clearance section. They finally got a Slim Fit line. This location is much bigger than the one in the Arboretum.

Never been a fan of Old Navy since it’s inception. I really do not understand what the big deal is. Why was I in here? It was an errand of my older sister’s and to get to the other errands of the evening my son and myself and to be subjected to this.
There is nothing special or unique about their clothes — I can find comparable things for MUCH LESS at Ross, Khol’s, TJ Maxx, Target and Walmart — except their prices. They are ridiculous.
This location was a madhouse of disorganisation. Clearance racks of mis-​matched stuff everywhere. Folded items were just left in piles — and I DO NOT blame the employees. No one could keep up with the insanity of the patrons.
One woman thought it a good idea to bring her entire family and by that I mean I think they were having a family reunion in the store and at one point the younger children were kicking a ball under several racks of clothing and not caring {of course NO ONE of parental authority disciplining them either} what or who they kicked or what merchandise they knocked to the floor. It was game on!
The second star is for the Spongebob and Star Wars Mad Libs at the register — which were also INSANELY priced at $ 4 a book but I haven’t had Mad Libs since I was a kid so I bought them anyway.

Found nothing either vintage or nautical, yet left happy with my armload of brightly-​colored t-​shirts and a servicible bathrobe.
Don’t tell anyone I shop here. Please.

This store keeps me coming back with four little words:
1&2) Performance fleece
3&4) Frost free
Crazy cheap at this time of the year, and crazy good quality.
And I’m still secretly hoping Morgan Fairchild will show up someday to fulfill my older woman fantasy. But, with my luck, I’d probably see RuPaul instead.

Look. Old Navy is Old Navy. It’s consistent when it comes to offering some good choices on ready to wear and active wear. My favorite thing that happened the last time I was were was this: I bought two hip sweaters for $ 15 each. Then, I saw the exact same sweaters on the holiday commercial. I was instantly famous.
But now that the holiday commercial is over, and the sweater is not immortalized, my star is falling fast. Time to do some more shopping

The loose definition of insanity is doing something over and over, each time expecting a different response or reaction. This is my relationship with Old Navy. It’s close to my house, and not at the mall, so I drop in when I’m looking for something last-​minute. But everything is always not quite the right shade, and the jeans fit great in the store, but awkwardly after one wash. Or they don’t have my size. Or they haven’t switched out the merchandise in like three weeks. Etc, ETC! And in my frustration, I’m usually bombarded with «Are you lookin’ for anything in particular?!» in my face, as I’m trying to browse.
I walked in last week needing a plain, white t-​shirt for a last minute Halloween costume idea. No employees to be found. No short-​sleeve t-​shirts to be found. So I find the only employee in the women’s half of the store, who is FOLDING T-​SHIRTS, and I ask, «Do you have any short-​sleeve, plain t-​shirts?» She looks up at me and says, «Um, I think there’s some down there,» pointing to a tiny, small stack of Ts. She doesn’t help me find a size, goes back to her folding and watches me move to the next clothing section, where I find the fucking white t-​shirts, in a glorious, bountiful rage of sizes and colors. As I’m selecting my size, said lazy employee walks past me, avoiding eye contact. REALLY? The one time I actually need help, Old Navy doesn’t want to offer it.
Oh, the irony.
