Great service! Squirrel nested in the engine compartment and snacked on cables. Other repair place couldn’t get after market cables to work, lots of time and nothing worked. Del’s had it maybe two days, done on time, communication was great, price was about a quarter of what we would have been looking at at the dealership.

Will never ever ever go back !!! Don’t be taken !!! The hack service you receive will only increase your automotive anxiety! Bad bad experience !! They got me, don’t let it happen to you

Del has the worst most crooked run shop I’ve ever seen. My mustang left his shop with no transmission fluid after I asked him to inspect it. It then was towed back twice on my dime he had the nerve to say it was my floor mats but it was his crappy mechanics skills. My mustang was in there over a year to get fixed. Before that he blew up my Mercedes transmission that he had just serviced I had my transmission serviced new everything fluid whatnot. Drove to olympia it all drained out blew up in one day it was dels fault really expensive to fix too. So two transmissions he’s blown up that left his shop. He is a liar and nothing is ever his fault. I’ve had nothing but problems with him. The stories and accounts of times we’ve had problems and I’m the customer are endless. He is non traditional and doesn’t diagnose anything. He wants to throw unneeded parts at everything. Recently I had him look at my bronco. This is the last screaming match or vehicle of mine hell ever see. He lied after it was in there 4 months and hearing a different answer every week what was wrong with it I tried to get my vehicle back to take it somewhere else. Now I have taken it to a shop that’s pulled all the codes which is nothing what this ripoff artist Del mentioned. Why do you think he has such a big house? Its not from being honest. He hijacked my vehicle with doing none of the work he promised. Said I can’t get it back unless I pay 600 out of the blue doing nothing we discussed. Make sure you get everything in writing with this guy high probability needing it for court. He’s a nonstop liar. Saying he’d scan the computer obd 1 and had to fill it with gas. This was when gas was a all time low 2 dollars a gallon saying he put 40 in charging me for it. It was bone empty he lied put no fuel in. He put no gas in it had .16 gallons in a 30 gallon tank when I filled it full. No codes or work done just a waste of time and money. I have never heard anything but bad things from other people about his shop. Alot of high priced nightmare stores ive heard about this place. Me and him got in a cussing match i told him id never bring him another vehicle again. I am the owner of 5 vehicles and never seen this poor of service from any business in my entire life. I also have a degree in automotive technology so i do know things about cars. The way he got in a screaming match with me I had to call the police and my parents to get my vehicle back and pay 600 for work that I was lied about and wasn’t done I’m offended by myself for giving such a jackass fraud another chance. If you want to spend more to take 5 times as long to keep bringing ur vehicle back for a crap job go to Del. I hope the worst for his shop. He lies had the nerve to scream at me tell me he doesn’t care about me or my cars. Total jackass here.

Hands down the best mechanics in Kitsap county and possibly the entire state of Washington. Fast friendly service, and straight honest answers on repairs. I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else.

We were referred to Del by friends that have gone to him for years and in the 2 years (3 visits) I have known him, our experience has confirmed that of my friends. His repairs are done well for less than the local competition and in a reasonable time. He cares about doing a good job and has a team that functions well behind him.

Poor communication! Did not return phone calls, and did not return our vehicle in a timely manner.
The work we requested wasn’t performed, but instead, other parts were «replaced» but those looked old. We were told they were refurbished parts.
Worst of all, the original problem wasn’t fixed, and the engine interior was banged up from «making things fit». Oh yeah, and we had to pay for it.
So make sure you get everything in writing, request receipts for all parts, and establish a delivery date. And have backup transportation just in case.
Or just go somewhere else.
