Good homestlye food and fast service. Pot roast was tasty as was the Fried Chicken. Fried okra side was well breaded and perfectly fried. Priced inexpensively for the portions. Simple southern comfort food.

Dinner: tilapia with lemon mushroom teriyaki sauce. All 6 of us ordered something different. Everything was delicious! The fried okra was the best. Our new favorite place for southern fare!

This place is awesome and a dive for sure The food here was great and tasted homemade! The food was served promptly and hot. This place will not handle a large group but easily handle parties up to 8! The pricing was in line with the potions and each day the menu selection will change slightly. The inside was small but was clean and decorated very nice! Checkout their Facebook page for selections and hours! Mostly open for lunch 10:30AM till 3PM but does have limited summer diner hours 5−8PM!

Wonderful comfort food. I had the country fried steak and it was perfectly done with a light batter. Sides of collards and sautéed squash, both perfect.

Just left this restaurant, & I must say it was great — as always. Hamburger steak with a rich brown gravy, oytstanding vegetables. My wife had the Pecan Honey Chicken & it was wonderful. The broccili — cheese soup has three cheeses & it was great. Friendly, courteous and competent staff. Less than $ 20 including tip, it is a must do — in season or out!

Home style cooking with lots of flavor, even in side dishes that are sometime ignored at other places. For $ 7 I got four really great vegetarian sides. Green beans and Mac-n-cheese were amazing. They also had lots of great meat and fish dishes to choose from.
