Browse thousands of gently used books and local works by Arizona artists. Wednesday and Friday evenings feature local entertainers and a new each week dinner menu. All sales benefit Benevilla’s work in the community.

From the modern, airy architecture to the casual light fare offered on the menu, Birt’s Bistro encourages lingering and conversations for families in the Northwest Valley.

Located on the Benevilla Campus (located at 16 752 N. Greasewood St., just south of Rio Salado College and Bell Road) Birt’s is the highlight of the Hellen and John M. Jacobs Independence Plaza in Surprise.

Birt’s — the perfect place to start the day with breakfast or pastry, spend a relaxing afternoon enjoying a latte and a specialty sandwich or salad, catch up with friends, browse through $ 1 used books, or enjoy twice weekly evenings featuring amazing local talent. There are even Information and Resource Specialists available for people needing information and community resources.
