Hairllucinations

I’m from out of town and found a very positive review on Ashley via Google Review and went in to get my split-​ends taken care of. Ashley was great; she made me feel very comfortable, listened to what I wanted, pointed out a few times what was going on with my hair situation and why she was going to do this or that etc. I just wanted a trim (as my goal is to grow out my hair and get my layers all one length) and Ashley was very conscious to not take too much off and never had me nervous that she was going too far with the cut. I’ll be coming back to Ashley the next time I need my hair done.

me mother and my sister have been going here since this place first opened and have received anything but the best treatment, wither your by your self or with a group its just fun with a capitol F

Ahhh ok I got THE worst haircut/​highlights from this place ever. I think Im average when it comes to being picky on hair cuts etc, but this place. Ok I literally had to go back because the girl missed entire spots around my face. Getting blond highlights in the south is pretty run of the mill and I never have had a problem with it, until this place. It is also not set up well. While you are drying with foils they have you sitting in this awkward circle with other people facing each other. I’m the most social person on the planet and smoke with one women across from me, but the other people looked uncomfortable. This circle configuration might be great if everyone knows each other, like a bridal party or something and want to really be together the whole time? I have no idea, I’ve never seen anything like it. The staff was also blah, my stylist would not shut up about how 40plus is the new 20plus and even though she has been married few times and has a kid she is still very desirable. I mean ok whatever, I’ve just never had a hair stylist who was so needy of my validation? The whole expedience was weird, and going back was worse, they insisted «some people» are really particular. Um no I just don’t want a huge chunk of brown right next to my face… thanks. I would just keep away from this disaster in general.
