The bakery here deserves a 4+ star but we had a unpleasant experience with the service. We had a hard time ordering two cups of bubble tea because the cashier obviously need more practice on English. The couple behind us had the same problem. What makes matters worse is that they gave us the wrong flavor. We ordered grapes and green tea. Me and my gf like to exchange what we ordered and we noticed that both what we ordered are great tea. Well, we went to the cashier claiming that they gave us the wrong flavor. Guess what, she just replied: oh, we ran out of grape flavor. I was like: what the? You could told me that when we are waiting right next to you when you are making them. All we got is a indifferent staring without even a «sorry». Well congratulations customers –2

I use to love this place, but it has really gone down hill. People are not always that friendly and the quality of the baked goods and coffee has suffered. A few times the coffee has had grain in it and the espresso has tasted awful. The inside without wifi has been bad and no they have even covered up the plugs. I have also come here a few times where they told me they could not serve me 45 minutes before closing time. I was once a huge fan of this place and remember when it first opened coming here all the time now I think it is not as good as driving to Duluth to go to Windmill or others…

Love the atmosphere at this location! Big roomy circular booths to meet up with a group for coffee and dessert. The décor is interesting and low key. Lighting is bright enough to get the job done without being super florescent and annoying. Try the mocha cake! So yummy! My only complaint? The décor is so elegant, but they serve food on Styrofoam plates and drinks in disposable travel cups. If they were to use real plates or even something nicer than Styrofoam it would really elevate the class level of the place.

Cake for breakfast? Don’t you judge me! I visited Mozart just after 9 am on a Saturday, to a pretty empty house, but a pretty cheerful group of servers. I’d been to a Mozart Bakery before, but this location is, for lack of a better word, pretty. From the seating to the displays, it didn’t seem like just your typical coffee shop/bakery. It’s also much more spacey than the outside of the store would have you believe. They did have a pretty nice selection of cakes, from whole cakes, slices, Macaroons and other pastries. With the help of the servers, I settled on the Chocolate Ganache cake slice($ 3.95) and also got one pistachio Macaroon($ 1.70), and finished it off with a cup of coffee. The pistachio macaroon was very light and had really nice flavor, but not too overpowering of a sweet flavor. Just right to me! The Chocolate ganache almost had a sponge cake texture, which I wasn’t expecting, but it wasn’t a bad slice of cake. There was nothing special about the coffee. Mozart is located in a fully packed restaurant strip, all right next to H-mart, so while there is tons of parking, when lunch time comes, you may have to park further away than you’d like. Very easy entrance and exit onto Lawrenceville Suwanee or McGinnis Ferry. All in all, customer service was nice, display was great, and while the cake texture threw me off, it didn’t detract from the flavor. Check them out if you’re in the area.

By far the best fresh cream and sonorous bread! We also tried the boba tea which was delicious!

Ambiance — laid back, casual, classy, beautiful… Service — quick and easy. Food — desserts, cakes, macaroons, sweets, breads, pastries, cookies, coffee, teas, etc. Beautifully delicious. Try the chocolate ganache cake(chocolate lovers will be delighted, as I was). Macaroons are sweet and tasty; the outer most top layer of the crust/cookie was crispy yet moist and soft on the middle to inner layer of the cookie. The cream layer is sweet and fluffy. I also usually get my go to drink which is: honeydew boba smoothie with tapioca(they tend to run out alot on the bobas/tapioca pearls at this location. Happened on quite a few visits already and that was extremely disappointing), and I also get the jujube tea(hot beverage, very sweet and a little tart, and very tasty, comforting, and soothing. This hot beverage has ALOT of honey and jujubes at the bottom of the drink, which is the best part of the drink. Overall, I will continue to come here. Give them a try and see how you like it for yourself.

A little expensive but really good deserts. The ginger hot tea is just amazing. I would recommend this place.

There is adequate parking and there is generous seating available inside. Mozart is nicely decorated and they have a wide selections of desserts. I like their iced coffee and cakes a lot however everything is a bit overpriced.

It’s so sad… Because it looks so beautiful and the music is at a good volume. Plus, the workers are really nice but it’s honestly a rip off. We ordered shaved ice and it was very tiny, the blueberries were frozen and the cheesecake in it tasted like powder? There is also no wifi. But the cakes and bread look very cute and nice. I have no idea about the drinks.

The macarons here are soo good! My favorite flavors are green tea, tiramisu, and strawberry! Now the downfall, customer service is lacking. I asked what flavor rose taste like and she just shrugged at me. Also, avoid the smoothies. I ordered a taro smoothie and it went in the trash. Was way too milky.

I’ve gotten the breads and other pastries here, and it is decent tasting and has a good price. My mom likes their mocca flavored cake. The other day I stopped in for two macarons. I got the green tea and tiramisu flavored one. It was yucky! The green tea one was so sweet. And both were hollow and unsatisfying — not great macarons. I should have driven the 15 extra minutes for macarons at another place in Pleasant Hill.

First thing I noticed when I stepped in here was the welcoming aroma of hazelnut coffee. This place is very nicely decorated with the music theme décor. It’s also much larger and busier looking than the one in Duluth. They have their own version of the«cronut» too lols. It has nice looking booth tables that were suitable for private conversations like business meetings which we did witness one there during our visit. Got the mocha bun, but didn’t stay to eat it. The mocha bun was very tasty, like lots of mocha flavoring!

I was meeting lovely friends over at Umaido for lunch over the weekend and a few of us showed up there a few minutes early so decided to check this location out. It’s a beautifully decorated café but the customer service here absolutely was horrible. There was one barista working that day. When we walked in, I greeted her but she didn’t even acknowledge me. About 4 minutes passed and only AFTER she was finished making a drink or loading up some sort of container, did she decide to turn around and take my order. Not sure if the barista was having an OFF day but if I wasn’t craving their white chocolate latte smoothie, I would’ve given my «two cents» and contacted the manager /owner to let them know they need to better train their staff to be attentive. I understand if she was in the middle of a task but acknowledging a customer with a simple«hello, I’ll be right with you» is customer 101. Regardless, the café itself is nicely layed out. They have the booth like seating you would see at a Maggianos or a Cheesecake Factory. Plenty of room for large group gatherings or extremely comfy seating for a small group. They do not offer wi-fi here so don’t even bother bring your laptop or smart pad here. I hope this review gains the attention of the staff or owner here because it’s not about their coffee drinks or baked goods, it’s about CUSTOMERSERVICE. Sheesh.

Spacious, great place to take a load off and study! Only downside is lack of electric outlets, otherwise nice variety of pastries and teas.

The drinks and pastries were pretty good. I would actually rate it 4 stars. But their service is a different story. Don’t come here if you expect great or even okay service. I had my stuff ready and all the cashier did was just look at me. Didn’t greet me at all but loudly greeted the Korean people behind me. The Korean people that came after us were served before us. And when my friend accidently ordered a hot green tea instead of an iced green tea the girl rudely said«um well you didn’t order it with ice. You need to pay the difference. «That was the loudest I heard her talk to us since we walked in.

Don’t expect much from this place: baked goods, service, & lack of wifi. My green tea latte was medico. Sadly, it cost me $ 5 as I just threw my loose change into the tip bucket. :\ Um. Yeah. This is my first and last visit here – sadly. The service was a tad below par. The lady was very neutral, not rude nor friendly. No smile was to be seen nor greeting heard from her. Perhaps she was tired or just not caring. Regardless, you should greet your patrons with a warm and welcoming smile at the very minimal … or just smile period. The baked good selection was scarce, but the actual cakes were mouth-watering – not a surprise… There were plenty of seating areas as only older folks frequented this place when I stopped by after eating at Umaido(two doors down). If this was a more popular area, then I’m sure all the available seating would have been taken up by teenagers and young adults. But, I did stop by on a Monday night around 8PM ish… I’d say you’d have more of an enjoyable experience at another Mozart. Just suck it up and drive down a few more exits to the Duluth area. I regrettably should have done this very same thing.

You aren’t really going to meet your Plenty of Fish date at a Starbucks are you? Suggest Mozart and get some extra points. Cute, comfortable, classy and cozy. Mozart Bakery has a good menu of coffee and tea drinks as well as lots of interesting fresh baked goodies which will make for good conversation and the opportunity to share some sweets with your prospective new sweet. «Love, love, love, that is the soul of genius.» Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart

I’ve been to other locations before and I like the atmosphere in this one. The items are about the same, although this was the first time that I noticed macarons in their case. I had a iced house coffee and it was still a little too sweet and too much cream, but it definitely gave me the pick-me-up I needed. The space here is great for hanging out. I really like the circular booths which are conducive for conversations around the table, but it is kind of a pain if anybody needs to get out. There are other tables though. I didn’t have any baked goods or the cakes, but I imagine they’re all the same.

Got a sweet tooth? Stop on by if you’re in the area. That’s what I ended up doing after grabbing lunch nearby. Mozart’s bakery made me feel like a musician again. Not going to lie, I felt wicked cool seeing the treble clef and bass clef symbols and immediately recognizing them. Oh how it brought back the memories of high school orchestra days. When you first walk in, you notice that they have a great opened space so you’re not squeezing through things, and tables are located on both sides of your path making your way to the sweets. They also have nice big comfy booths to sit in. Not too shabby. The sweets are displayed in a beautiful way, you pretty much have a hard time deciding what you would want to pick. I had gone with a mango cake. It looked very delicious, but it wasn’t what I was expecting. I was expecting it to be sweeter than it was. I thought that the sweets that I tried from other friends as well were okay. It didn’t give me a great impression… just a good one.
