In my 18 years of total formal education, and additional CEU seminars in a variety of industry over the last 35 years, you by far are the best most knowledgeable presenter and fun instructor I have ever had. Your photographic memory, to say the least, on Real Estate case law is unmatched.
Your 225,000 words of teaching (Yes I created a quick in class math formula to track them) and the 12 hours of real estate nugget class instruction was just what I signed up for but the added travel tips etc for busy real estate associates have already started saving me hundreds and thousands of dollars from air ticket procurement, ink toner deals and improved credit scores. I could have stayed many more hours to learn even more.
You have a real rapid fire knack to keeping it fun, informative and within the four corners of the continuing education we need in the read estate world and then some…
The hotel meeting room was comfortable and easy to get to.
I am impressed with your current and up to date website on all real estate laws.
I was pleased to be able to stock my home real estate library with solid reference material books as well.
PS: I am sending my wife to your next Braintree class (Not even in the real estate world) just so she can glean some sage advice from your outstanding world economic views which all so precisely affect our MA real estate market from housing starts, to finance to industry review and more.

I attended the Continuing Education class.
If all of my teachers were like Bill I would be much smarter. This guy is smart and puts on a show! Any course I have to take will be with Bill. He entertains and educates for 12 hours with full energy. I have taken others classes with movies and test that have instructors that don’t care about you or what they teach. Bill really wants to help us agents be better at what we do! I am not impressed easy but Bill impressed me! Worth every penny!

This may be my sixth time doing the ’12 CEUs for license renewal’ class with Bill. 12 hours seems like a long time to sit in a classroom but Bill Morgan brings tonnes of energy, intelligence and lots of valuable information that make the time fly by. The classes are very well structured, never boring and I always learn new things. Really excellent value here.

I took the Real Estate Broker 12 hour CE program in Braintree last weekend! While I was initially apprehensive about a 12 hour session on a Saturday, Bill’s engaging, enthusiastic and entertaining style made the time go by quickly! I will definitely be back in two years, and highly recommend Bill to anyone considering a Broker CE program!
