LOVE Hudak Farm. It’s a fantastic source for interesting seedlings (both veggie and flowers), sweet strawberries, and a huge selection of pumpkins and squash in the fall. They also have a little market in the late summer and fall where they sell lots of local products and produce.

I just spent a week in the St. Albans area on Lake Champlain,. I love to cook with great fresh ingredients and herbs and and Hudak was my go-​to spot for great local produce, as well as locally made bread, cheeses, and other items. what they don’t grow themselves is usually sorced from local famrs and producers, and usually sustainable practitioners. Their melons, corn, a half dozen or more types of tomatoes, fresh herbs, several varieties of beans and shell beans, cucumbers, and other produce were as good as any I have ever tasted. And the people are just as nice as can be.
