Very professional staff and the facility is clean and cozy. They are knowledgable about how the body works and are attentive to your individual problem areas. I walked out feeling relaxed and moving much better. Also, their online booking makes it very convenient to schedule an appointment. I would recommend this place to anybody and will definitely be returning!

I love this spa because I feel welcome every time I go there. Its like my little getaway from my busy life. The massage therapist, Yarrow, is awesome. She has extensive experience not just in deep tissue massage but also in cupping. I got a facial recently, and I was very satisfied. She used organic creams from Hungary which is one of the best skin care brand on the market. I recommend this spa to everyone. However, if you are a first timer, be early because it is hard to find it. You can miss their sign easily.

Massages are okay however their customer service is awful. After we specifically called regarding our insurance coverage, and told 3 times over we were covered at 100%, they are now charging us $ 230 for 2 massages we received 3 months ago. Would recommend going to a place that is familiar with insurance coverage because these people don’t know a thing. They’re great at groupon and living social deal.

I discovered this business when they sold a deal on Groupon. Tricky to find the building, it’s on a little triangle of land right next to the 56th entrance to I-​5 South. Nothing to look at from the outside but the inside was cozy and the people are wonderful. I had an hour long facial where they were not pushy trying to sell the product. I never knew a facial could be so relaxing! It is amazing product, natural and smelled so good. Afterword’s I got a sheet with everything she used on my skin, about 8 different products (worth it!).
I also went back for an hour long deep tissue massage. The girl was a little weird but she picked up that I didn’t want to talk and her hands were awesome. Just the right amount of pressure and I felt like a new person leaving an hour later. I will be returning, location is right off the freeway and the services could not be performed better. Great find!

I went to this place for a facial that I got a deal on at
. The service I received was good, especially since I was late. However, the place was hard to find. I got directions from the google maps link on their website, and it only directs you to tacoma mall blvd., which is unclear and it left me lost. After the facial, I was disappointed that I didn’t receive extractions or any steam, which are staples in EVERY facial I’ve got in the past. I did like that I felt relaxed during and after the facial. I didn’t really like the experience after my facial, of trying to be sold the Eminence products. It was kind of uncomfortable. My whole experience was not bad, but it wasn’t the best either. However, it was more close to «not so great,» than «great.»

I visited All About U for a facial today. It was a very nice experience. The products that they use are all natural. They use Eminence Organic Skin Care and the product works very well. The product that I was most impressed with was the Sugar Plum Oil Free Revitalizer (it was a moisturizer). Tiffany claimed that the product had a matte finish. When I walked out of the salon I noticed that the finish was a matte finish. I thought that I would wait a few hours and see if my face became shiny and it has not. It has been six hours since I left the salon and I can say that the finish is still a matte finish. The products are priced high but seemed to work very well. I liked Tiffany and I liked the product that she used. I am giving All About U Health and Wellness Spa five stars.
