The Castañeda Law Firm was founded in 2009 in Tacoma, Washington. Attorney and founder, Roxana Castañeda, practiced immigration law for five years before adding a second attorney, Stefania Ramos Birch, to the practice. As devoted immigrant rights activists and public interest attorneys, Mrs. Castañeda and Ms. Ramos Birch are passionate about advancing and upholding the rights of immigrant communities in the United States. Mrs. Castañeda and Ms. Ramos Birch help guide their clients through every step of the immigration process, and provide support for their clients in their time of need.

Mrs. Roxana Castañeda has devote her life to serving and advocating for the rights of the immigrant community. As the daughter of immigrants and a second-generation Mexican-American, Mrs. Castañeda understands and empathizes with the challenges and struggles faced by immigrants in the United States. Mrs. Castañeda’s parents immigrated to the United States before Mrs. Castañeda was born in Los Angeles, California. Like many other immigrant families, Mrs. Castañeda’s parents struggled to come to America to build a better life for their children.
Mrs. Castañeda attended law school at California Western School of Law in San Diego, and opened a solo-practice immigration firm in Tacoma, Washington in 2009. Mrs. Castañeda is extremely involved with the immigrant community in Seattle and Tacoma, and routinely takes part in community outreach activities.
