just writing a update to this unprofessionally run property. if william properties the best in tacoma lowryrental is the worst. i hope the owner reads this Unilocal because he has broken 2 laws in washington state discrimination that impossible to prove but retalition law he has broken after i reported him to the bbb. this joke of an agency call the better business
after hundreds of harrasing emails at 2am or after thats weird. and the ongoing memos and letters tape to my door. oh and the knocks on the door by the so call property mgr. i know a few tenants in studio one and all have been harased by this tyrant of a small man. he ask another tenant to moveout because he has 4 people visit him .what law in a lease states you cant have 4 or more visitors this is ridiculous. well my friend got the same harrasing phonecalls and mess that i did never ending he finally just left like many others have before him in anger .too bad we live in tacoma where these state agency do little or nothing to protect the rights of tenants i got ask to leave on the 30 when i had to the 31 to stay .but again he got a order to remove me and ducttape it to the front building door .the property mgr joey as bad too hes the messenger but hes part of the problem too doesnt stand for nothing just goes along for the
the so call maintenace guy that i called to fixed my leaking ceiling and mold was at my place at 6 am to see if i had move if this isnt harrassment i dont know what is .ok my friend got a memo that to show his apt mon thru sun noon thru 7pm is this real with his furniture in it too lol. beware of this slumlord .if you surf craigslist and see an apt for rent with pics of furnnture in it stay away bigtime redflag.
only good thing is no app fee .but you will regret the day you moved into this apartments goodluck all
