I had taken pearls to be restrung to this shop and was happy with the results. I decided to take my Mother’s small diamond in to have it reset. The person I dealt with was somewhat brusque and I got the uneasy feeling it might have been because he felt the job wasn’t worthy of their attentions. When I went to pick up the ring, he was still curt so I just took the ring and left the shop. In fairness, I like the redesign; however, the ring had not been cleaned or buffed. Since they didn’t seem to care about my small job, I won’t be taking any nicer pieces to them. Given the gentleman’s apparent attitude, I’m sure my business will not be missed.

The good thing about Robert’s is that he is a real jeweler. He has a strong passion for what he does and good taste to go with it. I got my wife’s wedding ring custom made there and was impressed by the workmanship and attention to detail. Highly recommended.
