Even though it was crowded. The service wast fast and friendly. The food was hot and fresh and they added ribs to the menu. The family will be back. So they get four footprints

We hit up Boston market a couple times each month. This location is always clean, has friendly staff, and serves delicious food. Prices are reasonable and you can insist on the children in your party eating a balanced meal(vegetables — a rarity) that is void of fried junk. It is nice to have this option around for a quick meal with relatively healthy and plentiful options.

I was so upset on 10÷8÷15 when I drove to Boston Market @ 9:30pm. Their website and door sign clearly state they close at 10pm, but they were already closed. I got in my car and called the store. The«manager» told me they closed because they were completely out of chicken. 1. How does a chicken restaurant run out of chicken? 2. DOYOUSELLANYTHINGOTHERTHANCHICKEN? Yes! So why would you close 30 mins early. I wanted to speak to a DM, but I just let it go. Until last night. Again, they closed the restaurant before 10pm. This time, I am definitely making a complaint! Make sure you call before you go!

Boston Market is Boston Market, and the food is always the same no matter where you are… and by «the same,» I mean delicious. I usually order the ¼ chicken(white meat) with mashed potatoes, gravy and mac n cheese… soooooo delicious! The chicken’s always nice and tender(with seasoned skin… mmmmmm); the potatoes taste like they aren’t from a box, a rarity in this world; and the mac n cheese is so cheesy. Always a winner.

I’ve never been to this particular restaurant, and haven’t been to any for awhile. I got a to-go order of rotisserie chicken with mixed vegetables and potatoes. The pieces of chicken were very small, and although I only had to travel a couple of miles, everything was cold when I got home. I will not go back.

I’m giving this three stars, because the sides are still pretty good. The creamed spinach and the mac-n-cheese are very good. Not a bad place for an average sandwich, at a low price. But in recent years all the Boston Market stores seem to have forgotten how to make chicken. 20 years ago, they were all great. Now, all of them have terrible chicken. Way overcooked and dry, and the legs and wings are so burnt and petrified they can’t be eaten. Plus, they use heavily brined chicken, which is way too salty and unhealthy. It’s a mystery.

A huge shout out to this Boston Market location! Super friendly and clean store. Boston market is a generally good chain with American comfort food menus. Everyone loves Boston Market food! The reason I am writing this review is to bring attention to their catering and large take out options. I came in to order food for family after a funeral. I was taking food for 10 to eat and I wanted plenty left over for next day meals and snacks so I was in that in-between area between full catering and regular take out. They were so helpful in guiding me to options that would provide variety and be plentiful. Really, really helpful — Even advising me on which items would provide more food quantity for the money. When I arrived to pick up the food later in the day, they had really gone the extra mile packing it so it was easy for me to deliver and still presented very nicely. They even had a nice gentleman help me carry the food to the car! I will remember them as a go to affordable place for this type of special case or in between catering — I mean really, I don’t host a ton of 50+ events, but I take a lot of food to people in the 10 – 20 meal range — what a find!!! Try it yourself and see if you don’t have leftovers!!!

Ok it’s a Boston Market folks so how much can u review on a fast food chicken chain?!? Well it was clean for the most part and very friendly for the greater part! 2VERY important feats for a mass produced fast food chain restaurant! Kelly said our coupon expired but still gave us 10% off the entire order… I know it’s pennies… but something is still a gift in my book! PLUS, when we realized we forgot to order a drink with our meals she just handed us the large cup for free to stop the bickering between us sounding like«How could u forget to order my drink when I am DIEING of thirst!!!» So, Kelly saved the day and the marriage! That my friends is worth 4 stars to me! The salads are good… not great… but good. They don’t gross me out nor leave me hungrier than before I ate it like at Season’s Fresh Café. So, again that in itself earns Boston Market another 4 stars. This is my Unilocal and I’m sticking to it!

Chicken just doesn’t taste the same anymore. That said, my meal was fine. I had the limited time chicken parm with a side of mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy. I do like that their staff will seat you and place your meal on your table after paying. Nice touch. This particular location is clean and well maintained.

I had not eaten at a Boston Market in years, but a late-afternoon business meeting on the north side of Tampa put me in that neighborhood and looking for something quick and easy for dinner. This particular Boston Market is located wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy up there, on the northern end of Dale Mabry Highway, across the road from Gaither High School, and so it’s not a location which I would frequent on a regualr basis. Now Boston Market was always the place to get a decent roasted chicken or turkey dinner with all of the trimmings. I remember that the meat was pretty salty, and the sides were heavy with calories. Nonetheless, I was addicted to their creamed spinach, and kept going back for more. Fast forward several years, and Boston Market has stepped up their game. Yes, it is still a mid-range cafeteria-style restaurant, but you’re now eating on china plates with real silverware, the servers deliver the plates of food to your tables, and the food has improved dramatically! No longer is the turkey reeking of sodium overload, and the sides are now«caloric-friendly». They are promoting reduced calorie sides, and a wider variety of veggie choices. In the end, I went with the standard turkey dinner, stuffing, creamed spinach, and brown gravy. You still get the little cornbread muffin, and unlimited refills on your drink. I wouldn’t consider this chain restaurant a destination dining hot spot, but on the other hand I wouldn’t be quick to sneer at their new & tasty menu. They’ve made some significant efforts to improve.

I used to love Boston Market when I was little. I have not been back in years. Their chicken has definitely gone down hill. But the staff here was really friendly. They were out of friend apples and had to make some extra and bring them to us. They were super hot when the arrive and I was not warned. It burned my mouth pretty good(BAD!!!) but I think I have recovered on my own and won’t make an issue out of it. They brought all our food to us at our table. I do not remember that being the case when I came here back in the day. I also do not remember having plates, nor the cool cups they have for soda. Everyone was pretty happy with their food. I did the quarter white meat, loaded mashed potatoes, and fried apples. Trying to save a bit a money before seeing a movie, my fiancée and I decided to share. That is what I would always get back in the day. Well actually I would get regular mashed with gravy, I think the loaded mashed are newer. They were pretty darn good. And besides being too hot, and a couple minutes behind the rest of my food, they were also good. The chicken, while not completely terrible, definitely tasted worse than I remember. I also think the coke was a little low on syrup. One of our friends got the chicken mashed potato bowl(or something like what they offer at KFC). She really liked it, but did not love it, and did not even finish it. She is very small and it was a big portion. Our other friend get chicken noodle soup and a sandwich. That was also something new since the last time I had been to Boston Market. He was pretty happy with his. Overall, this location is A-OK. They have friendly staff and a clean establishment. The chicken has gone down hill over the past few years, but for a quick cafeteria style corporate chain, Boston Market is just fine.
