We specialize in all aspects of visioncare from prescribing glasses to treating ocular infections. We carry a wide range of designer eyewear and contact lenses to suite each individuals needs and taste. We perform examinations for all age groups, including infants and seniors. We also consult, refer, and co-​manage anyone looking to have any type of vision surgery, such as Lasik or Cataracts. We accept vision insurance such as VSP, EyeMed, MES, Spectera, and more. If you happen to not have any vision benefits, we offer many affordable packages on exam and eyewear/​contact lenses.

Dr. Foad J. Shirazian received his Bachelor of Science degree from UCLA in 1997. He then received his Doctor of Optometry degree in 2001 from Southern California College of Optometry (Fullerton, CA). He has been in private practice since then, and is active in his community from performing screening at schools and senior centers. We look forward to your visit.

Established in 2000.

The office was originally established under Dr. Charles H. Levy in 2000. In 2001, Dr. Foad J. Shirazian joined as an associate. After working alongside Dr. Levy for 8 years, Dr. Shirazian purchased the practice in June of 2009, and has been owner since then.

Hello to all! Thank you for visiting my Yelp page. My name is Dr. Foad J. Shirazian, and I practice optometry in Tarzana, CA. A little bit about myself, I moved to the US in 1980 at the age of 4 with my parents and extended family. I graduated from Taft highschool in 1992, and attended UCLA thereafter. I received by Bachelor’s of Science degree in the field of Pschobiology in 1997. Furthermore, I received my Doctorate of Optometry degree in 2001 from the Southern California College of Optometry. I immediately began working with several different types of practices in order to gain valuable experience and knowledge. After working alongside Dr. Levy for more than 5 years, I purchased my current practice in June 2009. I have a awesome wife and two handsome sons. I love to travel, watch movies, play basketball, and just chill out. I look forward to meeting you and will take care of your eye care needs with the utmost importance.
