Joey’s Exteriors

First off left me say that I hope He is OK and nothing serious happened to him. We had hired Joey to do a substantial amount of work. He was set to start on a tuesday, and he stopped calling or replying to emails on the Friday before. He just never called back. He just fell off the face of the earth. I really hope nothing happened to him, but I wouldn’t use him for anything; it sounds like he is good at leaving people in the lurcch.
So now we know he just bailed, we called from a different number, he answered and when he figured out It was us he pulled a ‘wrong number’. I’d happily change my review if he would just do the work!

Joey and his crew did an awesome job on my covered patio! They worked hard and finished the job on time. The patio cover looks seamless and like it was built when the house was. I highly recommend Joey and his crew!

Don’t ever use this guy for Christmas lighting… last year his crew put my lights up a week after they said they would and demanded a removal fee which I have never paid separately; this year when I pointed all of this out and tried to get him to lower his price, he was rude and on obnoxious, told me there are a lot of other folks that would want my spot and then called me the next day and cancelled my job;
I’ve read other reviews about him online tha have also pouted out his disrespectful nature and rude demeanor…

Well, I am in search of someone to come and give me an estimate on building a covered patio, so I called Joey’s Exteriors, I got their number from Craigslist. Which as you can notice they over post ads on there, ridiculous. Well anyways, I called and got a hold of Joey, I asked him about building a covered patio, he said that would be fine he would need to come and see and talk about what I would like. He told me he can show up the next day, I told him to give me a time so that would make it better for him. He stated 3pm, the next day, well to make this short, i am still waiting and this has been 3 days since. I would have greatly appreciated a call telling me he cant meet me or he is not interested in doing the job for me. With this lack of professionalism it shows me that there is no point in hiring him for the job, he will probably be late or not show up at all. I just don’t understand why you are posting yourself so much when you can even handle all the calls. I don’t recommend anyone to hire a person that show no professionalism without even meeting them.

I have worked with Joey Arney of Joey’s Exteriors at my personal home and at my rental units. Wood floors to decks to windows to painting. Exteriors and interiors. Joey is very good at what he does and I trust him.
He has also put together an exceptional team.
